Subway — Restaurant in Aurora

I sucked a BIG disgusting live spider up my straw from my iced tea. The restaurant had no ice, so I filled my tea and went back to my work to get ice. I was sucking the ice tea down to make room for ice and I choked on a spider. After I spit it out and put it in a jar and it dried, it actually came to life. I called the store immediately and told them about what happened and that I would be in in an hour during my break. I brought the spider in a jar to the store manager, Caroline, who was not very nice (and usually isn't). She implied that I was not telling the truth and told me that "these things don't happen in this store." She told me I could not have a full refund because I did not have all of the partially eaten food. She went on to talk about food costs and how she makes $9/hour. I told her I felt even further victimized. I told her I am not trying to sue, get free stuff, and I am being discreet amongst all the other customers, some of which I work with at the high school next door.She finally gave me my money but this entire event is very upsetting. I was sick to my stomach, shaking, sweating, and crying. I really have a huge fear of spiders and to actually choke one up was very upsetting. Then, when I go to the manager, she treats me rudely. I have left MULTIPLE messages for the owner on the "complaint line" and have not received a response. I have already forwarded this story and the pictures to the entire school, local news, and it will be all over facebook and the internet as well. I wasn't trying to gain anything from the situation but an apology and a refund and instead I was treated disrespectfully, questioned, and then ignored...

I have never ever in my life dealt with such rude abd ignorant people.. I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich, she put like 3 spinach leaves on my 6" sandwich and acted put out when I asked for more...of the so called free veggies. When I get to the car she's charged me for a BMT not what I ordered. I have to go back and she sees me standing in line.Still ignores me after she takes my receipt and makes me wait for 4 other people to order their orders. She then proceeds to take the sandwich she had given me, open it with the same hands that took money and says no ham in it your ok. And tries to give me a $1 and the same destroyed sandwich. I demanded a new SPICY ITALIAN sandwich. They made me something different again I was done arguing I just wanted to escape the nightmare. The dude tries to charge me again. He asked her four different times even though I told him i've already paid , but you made it wrong. Food was just ok, veggies were old and wilted. I will never step foot in that Subway again. I recommend nobody else does...

My husband and I went in to get food. We requested the outlaw which has the baja Chipotle sauce on it, along with other ingredients. Instead of of starting off with telling us she doesn't have all the ingredients from the beginning when we ask for the sandwich to be made exactly how it is from the beginning she went ahead and made the sandwich. Barely any steak was left but she tried to streak it between two sandwichs so there is barely any meat on the sandwich. She loaded it with lettuce which we didn't ask for. Then put garlic sauce on our sandwich instead of the baja Chipotle. When I told her that was the wrong said she finally says they don't have baja Chipotle anymore.

Never go there. Then instead of just telling us the told she turns the computer screen around towards us so we could just read it.

If you don't like your job then why work there. The customer service was horrible. Avoid this...
