They came out and said they could take care of our shed the same day which was great and we agreed to $3000 if they took everything, including several garage panels made of tempered glass. We would not have agreed to the price otherwise. They worked quickly but then had a woman who came who was not one of their workers and she just sat down in our backyard on one of our benches and waited. One of the workers used a pair of my husband’s work gloves which was fine but he didn’t ask and since they were so filthy when they finished we said he could keep them. It was night time by the time they finished and we couldn’t see much so we paid them and they left. When we came out in the morning, several trash bags full of trash were still in the yard along with ALL of the glass garage panels that we wanted removed and in addition they had thrown them around so much that the tempered glass broke and a year later as I’m writing this (I just mowed and was hit in the leg by a piece of glass) we are still finding tons of glass in the yard where my children play. We asked them to come back and please finish the job and we had rounded up all of the trash they left in trash bags and they took that and a couple other items but still left the glass panels, broken glass and items from the shed. This time they left without checking in because I believe they did not want to finish the job we paid them for. Pictures show left behind items, broken panels(there are more in another pile) and the broken glass I find in the yard.

Edited for response: We utilized the guarantee and it took 10 days to actually get someone out to our property to finish the job after trying and failing to set an appt because they were too busy. They then left without checking in or I would have mentioned there were still several panels that needed to be taken.
