The Enchanted Florist — Local services in Austin

I recently ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day on the Enchanted Florist website. My parents live out a ways in Hudson Bend, and they were the first local shop I found that actually offered delivery to my parents' address. Not only did Enchanted Florist deliver to their door on a weekend, I received a call from the delivery person when my parents weren't home at the delivery time to ask me what I'd like her to do with the flowers. She was able to re-deliver at a later time when my parents would be home, which was super appreciated given the Texas heat and how far from Downtown they live. This delivery was particularly important to me because, between the time I had ordered the flowers online and Mother's Day, my family found out my mom has cancer. I was nearly in tears at how kind and accommodating they were - they had no idea how much it meant to me that they were willing to spend extra time and care to make sure the flowers made it to my mom. Their impressive level of customer service and the fact that the bouquet looked even better in person than in the photos (I flew back home to Austin shortly after and got to see them myself) makes choosing them again for flower delivery in the Austin area...

I am a couple years late with this review, but here it is. I live in Dallas, a family member passed away and the funeral was taking place in Elgin, small town outside of Austin. The day before the viewing arrangements were being made for flowers, in the town you get what they have available that day. Well needless to say I was not going to spend a few hundred dollars on carnation/leatherleaf arrangements. I have worked in a flower shop before and remembered Enchanted. I called and they were very helpful, the flowers they had available at such short notice with us picking them up were beautiful! We were able to get tropicals for the casket spray and standing spray! Great product and AMAZING customer service. Purchased a gift basket for a client but wasn't able to pick it up before leaving town (aka I forgot). I did not call and tell them I wasn't coming, and didn't think of it until I got back into town on Sunday, when they are closed- pretty much the worst customer you can ask for. When I went to pick it up on Monday, the staff was very welcoming. To my surprise, the gift basket was still there, ready to go. However, Crystal insisted she replace the cheese as it was no longer fresh. I came back a few hours later to pick it up. The gift basket looked great and she even threw in some extra goodies. They did not have to do this as it was completely my fault it sat so long. This is a business that truly values their customers and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be...
