Desi brothers is THE one and only hotspot to get all your Indian and Asian inspired spices, fresh produce of fruits and vegetables that get delivered daily, exotic beverages exported from various Asian countries, along with unique household utensils to make ethnic home cooked cuisines more efficient. I absolutely love, love, LOVE Desi Brothers. The store's cleanliness is impeccable. You can tell they go the extra mile with their unlimited sanitizing products available to customers throughout the store in efforts to minimize the spread of covid. Not only do I constantly see their staff organizing products on aisles, but they are also cleaning with every chance they get. If you're hungry while you're shopping, no problem. They have delicious hot foods and ready to go meals to feed a hungry family on days you're not up to cooking. Again, these meals are prepared fresh, and never made frozen. The food from their kitchen is as authentic as it gets, and packed with abundance of flavor. I love how I can depend on Desi Brothers to be my one pit stop to get everything on my shopping list. If you come across and item that can't be found, just inform any staff member and they will happily go out of their way to find you the desired product, and even go look in the back stock. That's some A+ customer service right there! As for those bargain shoppers out there, these prices are UNBEATABLE. I dare you to go to any other competive Indian grocery store out there. Just wanted to share my bad experience happened for me in Desi Brothers W Parmer Ln, this morning. Incident 1: we had Pani Puri few weeks back and got stomach upset and went hospital.. Incident 2: we got snack packets by mistake we didn’t check expiry date luckily we saw and thrown out . Incident3 : vegetables got yesterday some variety of veggies allare spoiled from couple of weeks so today we went to the store we politely telling to the worker she didnt listening me she shouted on me and she said these are good you can eat once she shouted all the workers and shop owner came they all shouted and one male worker using bad words on me . As a lady I can’t do anything on that time I feel very bad I don’t know why this people are very rude. Please cross check twice before you buy...

Well stocked and clean store. Their fresh produce selection is excellent. I am not one to haggle over pennies and do not mind spending the extra buck for quality. Thoroughly disappointed in the fresh vegetable puffs sold near exit. Whoever made those is trying to rip people off and does not seem to care for repeat customers. The vegetable filling is minimal at best, it is like eating pastry alone. The bulk snack items are appreciated. Parking leaves a lot to be desired especially at busy times. This is not the store’s fault but rather a poorly designed shopping center. One has to cross a busy road near entrance to shopping center without the help of a stop sign or pedestrian crossing when forced to park away from immediate store area. Any chance that freshly made Rotlis will be available for purchase? Our regular store in San Antonio had that and I miss availability...
