FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Austin (South Congress) — Attraction in Austin

Face Foundrié is a beautiful and aesthetic salon with a peaceful atmosphere. Every employee I encountered while I was there were very kind. My aesthetician was sweet and very funny which helped the time go by fast.

I recently moved to Austin from Denver and have been looking for a new place for lash lifts. The top picture is from my Denver lash lift December 2024. Bottom picture is from April 13th at Face Foundrié. I had told my tech before we started that my lashes were stubborn (and that my Denver tech was the only 1 of 3 people to get them fully lifted).

You can see from the picture that my right side for some reason did not lift as much as my left, and that my lashes are not overall as fluffy and even as my previous tech. Not sure if it was the rod used but my lashes kind of stick straight out (not down at least) with a curl at the end.

Both Face Foundrié and my Denver tech use Ellebana, so maybe processing time is what makes the difference for me. Results lasted 24 days.

It seems that my immediate results are normal as I was complimented by 3 employees prior to leaving. Still debating if I want to give FF a second chance because I did enjoy...

Got a coupon to check this place out since I live in the neighborhood. I was super excited about this spot because I am always down for a no frills spot that gets the job jobs and would love an affordable facial. Unfortunately they missed the mark. I paid for 1 hour and 30 minutes of services (I confirmed the time my services should have been with the front desk) and was already out paying the front at 1 hour and 4 minutes. Which means my service cut basically 30 minutes short. What was the point of adding on and paying for a 15 minute massage if it’s going to be less than 3 minutes. I paid for a scalp massage and my scalp was not even touched once 🤯. Brought it up to the checkout staff and they were very kind but didn’t have any reasoning for it or solution. I even booked with their lead esthetician so that I wouldn’t have to deal with these type of rookie mistakes. I thought I would be rushing out the door at 1:40 pm to pick my boys up from school but have an extra 30 minutes to write this review since my services were cut short.2 stars because...

Love Face Foundrie!! I have had several facials by Grace and a brow tint by Audrey - all have been amazing!! Facial Maven is the perfect 'treat' if you're searching for a way to give back to your self and gain a surge of confidence. Also really recommend adding on the enzyme mask - the Face Foundrie one smells amazing and leaves you feeling so new. Every esti I've met there in passing has been kind but I can't praise Grace enough - she listens but isn't pushy, suggests changes and products that feel luxurious but doable (not over the top or unrealistic for a true daily routine) my skin looks amazing but I also feel so much more confident in my day to day and long-term goals for my skin (as someone who knew nothing and basically did nothing but use sunscreen prior..) through her patience and knowledge.
