Beautiful clothes with poor quality control and bargain basement customer service. One shirt is a personal favorite—great window pane in a loose cotton weave—and one sweater with leather elbow patches was defective. Cheap leather dye bled into the fabric of the sweater after a wash done according to care instructions. Contacted customer service and was told that I needed to call the store directly. Only size XS/S on the floor. This store is beautiful. The clothing is great. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had to go to the staff and ask for a size that isn’t the smallest in the line. They always have larger sizes; they just don’t keep them on the floor. Today it was a brand new item so I know they weren’t just out of this size on the rack. It’s practices like this which shame women who aren’t thin thin thin just for being alive. Just for wanting beautiful clothes. Just for wanting to feel good...
