If you’re a pizza lover in Austin, you need to check out Feral Pizza✨ This underrated gem is a pizzeria food truck tucked away in the North Loop neighborhood, serving up some of the best handmade pies in town. Every pizza here is crafted from scratch with a sourdough base that’s absolutely divine—seriously, one of the best crusts we’ve ever had! 🍕 With unique flavors and a commitment to quality, Feral Pizza brings a whole new level of deliciousness to every slice. It’s the perfect spot for grabbing a casual bite with friends or indulging in some of this 🔥 za! What we recommend: ⭐️The Gatecreeper (a classic pie topped with ricotta “flowers”—simple but packed with flavor!) ⭐️Ankle Biter (a Sicilian-style pizza that’s thick, satisfying, and oh-so-tasty) If you’re looking for bold flavors, perfect crust, and a relaxed vibe, Feral Pizza is calling your name‼️ Every bite is a reminder of how special local Austin eats can be! Go check them out and thank us later🙏🏽 ⏰Hours: Thurs-Sun: 3pm-8pm 📍Location: 500 E 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751

One bite....everybody knows the rules. Really wanted to try their pizza so got there at 4:30 (they open @4) and they already had so many orders they said it's a 2 hour wait. I drove 30 minutes to get there so I wasn't leaving without one. Almost exactly 2 hours got my supreme pie. I have to say it was excellent. Perfect sour dough crust and fresh ingredients. They put up the sold out sign by 6:10. Sort of like the Franklin's of pizza. I've never seen a pizza place close because they are sold out. It was worth the adventure. They were super friendly and working hard. I tried ordering online, but was not allowing to order. My guess is they had so many orders they shut it off. I'll have to plan better next time and maybe order the previous day.

We finally got our hands on some Feral Pizza and went full gremlin mode in the car because the smell alone was too good to resist. We ordered the Ankle Biter—a feisty little thing with pepperoni, jalapeños, and garlic—plus dollops of ricotta for good measure. And let me tell you, this pizza did NOT disappoint. The crust? Absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, thin but sturdy enough to hold all that deliciousness. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and just the right level of spicy. We came in right before closing, but the owner was super kind and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better. Needless to say, we’ll be back. Probably sooner than our self-control would like.

Alright I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile, finally got the chance one Thursday during the day, it’s a truck located next to a corner store with some outside seating, I ordered the nervous breakdown and some Kit Kat cookies, we decided to take the pizza home, and it took every last fiber of my being to not open the box and destroy the pizza on the way because it smelled so good, the crust was still nice and crispy when I got home, the pizza wasn’t greasy, the toppings nicely distributed, manageable slices, the extra spicy honey was a pleasant addition to the pizza, made all the diffference, I’ve been talking about this pizza to friends and family since I stuffed it into my face hole so I thought I’d go ahead and write a sterling review of this place, thank you feral pizza for existing in this vapid landscape of artisan pizzas, and for keeping it real, oh and the Kit Kat cookies, I’d need to write a dissertation on those, they were flat...
