Avoid this location; the person that helped me (Daniel) tried to rip me off and overcharge me. I had pre-ordered 2 game bundles(game+expansions) and came in to pick them up, but he tried to charge me for the games and expansions separately (thus losing bundle deal price) and then said he had to manually enter the taxes for the expansions (he even asked me what percentage taxes are and said "let's just say 10%"); the total came out to $197. He got very rude when I told him that didn't seem correct, and he still tried to get me to buy it telling me it was what i pre-ordered and the price and taxes were correct. I looked online on my phone and showed him the bundle i preordered and the correct price, but only after arguing with him while he still tried to bully me into buying what he was suggesting, he changed it and finally charged me for the correct price which was $170, as i had already paid $10 towards the bundles when i pre-ordered them. I do not appreciate your employee trying to overcharge me almost $30 thinking that i didn't know any better and treating me like a fool like i don't know what i pre-ordered, and i worry thinking about how many other people y'all have ripped off when just trying...

It's been a long time since I dealt with a customer service who was in so uncooperative! I stopped by to purchase $500.00 in gift certificates. Unfortunately, I was in a major hurry! When I was trying to be specific how to brake them apart (So I don't get confused in the amounts) I encountered ugly attitude on steroids! The girl, I think her name was Selena was very confrontational, disagreeable, border line offensive. She must have been "off her dot" today and needed to stay home. She proceeded to to tell me that she is fantastic. I guess according to her I should've been grateful to be working with her! If I hadn't asked I would of never had the chance to buy them. So when I did decide to buy some of the games the young male began to check me out. I said I have about $9 dollars in quarters or an older $100 dollar bill. Which would he prefer? He rolled his eyes and said really neither. We don't have room for quarters.. What well I'm sure you can find room. Not like I was trying to give him a can of pennies. So I decided to not purchase all the items I was going to because my usda cash was not acceptable to the kid.
