here is what you need to know before coming to this location
you cannot just come here and put in an order it is what they call a digital kitchen which requires either the app or going online to their website create an account and paying through there and putting in your order in advance and you pick it up here but you still have people that prepare it
And that is what I want to hone in on is they go above and beyond to keep this place clean maintain get your order done quickly and accurately keep the restrooms clean and for those with families they do have changing stations in both the men's and women's bathrooms to the back
they have plenty of dining area outside and inside
I come to this franchise for lamb and some of the best arm prices on lamb to go imagine Chipotles meets Mediterranean with lamb and I'm a huge fan of their crazy feta with their spicy lamb meatballs which you really can't find anywhere else
Great thing about this location is it's but a few minutes away from where I live and quick and easy for me on the app to order accumulate points towards free drinks and I'm a huge fan if you have not tried it they're lavender blueberry juice that they make in-house is phenomenal

I understand it’s a digital kitchen without the regular customer experience, but they really put 0 effort into the human/customer interaction of this location. You rarely see a worker walk by, just really to place an order on the to-go shelf. As I waited 10 minutes after my order time, an employee walked to the shelf and placed an order and looked right at me but did not say a single word. By the time I read the name on the bag order (not mine), she was already turned around and around the corner again. 0 interaction from her or even the ability for me to ask about my order. Had to wait another 5+ minutes for someone to make themselves visible for me to ask about my order. Thats when that employee figured out they could see my order, but not access it fully? They had to get a manager involved and eventually take a picture of my email confirmation from my phone to make my order. All in all I waited almost 30 minutes past my initial order promise time… this is unacceptable, and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. Also, the “manager” who helped look up my order in their computer never even interacted with me either, even making eye contact as well, 5 feet away from me. I downloaded the stupid app, placed my order, and it said my order would be ready for pickup at 5:15 PM. 5:15 PM comes around, and I ask one of the workers if they are preparing an order for Bonnie. They said they didn't have an order for Bonnie. I was out of time, so I left without any food. My husband further inquired and they said this situation actually happens quite often. Even though they give you a pick up time for your order at the top of the page, if you don't scroll all the way down to confirm the order it will not get placed. If this happens to so many people, why not fix the issue? I heard from others the food is good, that's why I came here. But I'll never know. Because I am never coming back to this place. Requiring a device to purchase food creates a completely unnecessary barrier. Not everyone has a smartphone, and not everyone has enough space on their phone to easily download an app.
