This place is huge and GORGEOUS. The crystal selection is the largest and best organized of any place I’ve been. Despite how big the place is and how much they offer, it isn’t intimidating in the slightest for folks who are just starting out with crystals. I appreciate how beginner-friendly the store is—there are informational cards under each batch to help you find what you need. I had an interaction with an employee who was super helpful—you could tell she cared. I’ve been looking for a small business to support instead of buying from large suppliers, and shopping here made me feel good about my purchase. They also have affordable, good quality tarot decks, gemstone jewelry that is perfect for minimalists (it isn’t super chunky and flashy like a lot of gem jewelry I’ve seen), and vegan-friendly candles. Further, this shop is right next to the Seed Apothecary and Seed To Sprout if you like herbal remedies and plant-based meals—you can spend the whole day on this block supporting the wonderful businesses there. The first time I visited this store, the owner of the shop was pleasant, very talkative. I left spending $80 on a few items. One of the items was an Angelite bracelet for my daughter. Not even two weeks my daughter wore the bracelet and it broke. I managed to get all of the pieces and brought it back to the owner hoping for a replacement since it was only two weeks since buying the bracelet. She looked at me cold, stone faced and told me to go to Michael’s and restring it myself. She also told me some people have this bracelet for years, other people will have them for weeks.. she can’t exchange every bracelet that breaks. Um ok? How about you stand by the product you sell! Not asking for charity, do the right thing. She even had the nerve to ask how old my daughter is. Very unfortunate, I won’t be back. I told her that as well and didn’t care, she said OK. I am a first time crystal buyer and I’ve been waiting for the right place with the right energy... and this place has it. Jackie was a phenomenal staff member and consistently checked in on my friends and I to see if we had any questions. The shop itself is exceptionally bright and welcoming. The layout of the entire shop is well thought out and there is so much to choose from: towers, raw crystals, spheres, and even some oracle decks and books on moonology. The prices can be a bit steeper than usual, however it seems the staff are always having deals on different days that make it all worth it! They even give a reusable crystal bag that you can bring back for another discount.
