The visit to Larry H Miller started off a little rocky. I came based on a notice that I received that offer to $50 gift certificate for doing a test drive. When I got there I was waiting for a specific agent. That changed and then I ended up asking to speak with another representative to take me on a test drive. I waited for at least a good 15 to 20 minutes without any notice to let me know that I was still waiting for someone. Eventually the finance manager walked up to me and asked me if I have been assisted. I promptly told him no! He then said will “give me just a moment and I will get someone for you”! He introduced me to Daniel a native of Hawaii. Daniel was informative, down to earth, he wasn't pushy, and anything he didn't know he let me upfront know that he didn't know and sought out for the answers to the questions I posed. He allowed me to tell him what I was looking for and what was important. I've bought many cars in my life but this was the first and only time that I've ever felt that someone was working in my best interest versus their own. I definitely plan to come back and do business with Larry H Miller mostly because of Daniel and secondly because of his finance manager. I thank you both for the time and the effort that you put into enhancing my experience by answering the pertinent questions that I had. Great doing...
Read moreService on a windshield wiper, $200diagnostic fee. Ok, really need it fixed it is what it is,but the catch is leave your vehicle until they can work on yours, in my case 3 days. Appointments are useless as it is a first come drop vehicle off are served accordingly. Diagnostics are performed and charged independently per technician used to diagnose your vehicle.... keep in mind for any major repairs on actual mechanic issue. My loophole around diagnostics is buy the motor for my windshield wiper and order them to replace it ay my own discretion, could be I self diagnose incorrecty but it is cheaper then $200 doagnostics flat fee. My choice but fine, I ask for a quote to be printed out for parts and labor involved with my self daignosed windshield wiper issue so I get this(as seen in image). Typed out prices, for all anyone knows can be magic numbers they felt like charging. There is no clarity or true businessman reciept identifying what you are paying for, yet they will charge you and keep your vehicle as much and as long as you please. Clearly there is no business to me made with Larry H. Miller as they are not operating a true service shop, will definitely not trust leaving my vehicle at such place and never the less allow work to be performed by...
Read moreWorsttttt experience EVER! I went into dealership, I was supposedly “approved” I got into the car I wanted. I came back the next day to put the down payment, then they tell me that the “DEAL” we made the day before is no longer part of our transaction. It was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Everything was NOT GUARANTEED. Even when they made a BIG deal about me being a new customer, I even hit the gong instrument... but I ended up giving the vehicle back to them because ether didn’t stay true to the deal that was made.
While I was trading in my car, the sales guy CARLOS GAMEZ kept TRASHING my car. He kept saying how bad of a car I had and kept PUSHING me to get into the car I was trying to get.
I actually decided to go a little over my budget for my car payment and there was STILL NO DEAL.
Anyway, I drove the vehicle for two days, but had to give it back because they asked for a BIGGER DOWN PAYMENT or another person to CO-SIGN.
IT WAS SUCH A BIG JOKE.
Also, when I came to return the vehicle, the sales guy CARLOS GAMEZ, did not even make eye contact with me and completely avoided me.
I GUESS THEY COULDNT SAY “congratulations on the new vehicle” ANYMORE.
Not going anywhere near a LARRY H MILLER...
