I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Blaze Pizza. To put it bluntly, this was, without question, the worst service experience I have ever encountered in any restaurant—fast food or otherwise. What I experienced was not just poor service, it was a complete breakdown in professionalism, organization, and basic customer care.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing a welcoming or respectful experience. I was met with blank stares, disorganization behind the counter, and a level of indifference that was honestly shocking. Employees seemed more focused on chatting with one another than on actually doing their jobs. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and certainly no courtesy.
It is baffling how a business can be run with such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The wait times were outrageous, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Orders were mixed up or ignored entirely, and not a single apology was offered. Instead of taking responsibility or showing even the slightest bit of care, the staff acted as though my presence was an inconvenience to them.
Let me be clear: this is not about a single bad employee or an off day. This is about a team that clearly hasn’t been trained to value their customers or take pride in their work. It reflects incredibly poorly on Blaze Pizza as a brand, and if this location is representative of how the company operates, it’s no wonder people are choosing to take their business elsewhere.
I’m writing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that someone in leadership takes this seriously. Because if nothing changes, I can guarantee you’ll keep losing...
Read moreEvery time I get food from here it takes them at least 20 minutes to take my order, no matter if I am the first person in line or not. They normally have 2 workers working but only one person making food, regardless of how many people are in line.
BUT Naveah should not be working in customer service! She was the one only working the register. The other young lady was working hard to get in store and online orders out. There are two online orders and two in store orders ahead of me. The young lady is finishing the order ahead of me, and Naveah walks up. She walks up because she recognizes a young man behind me. She starts a conversation with him about biology class, how she used to work in Surprise but they closed, and how long she’s been at this store. She then proceeds to ask him what would he like to order. I look up from my phone, and the other young lady tells her that I was there first. Naveah apologizes and ask me what I want. I tell her ok after the apology then tell her what I want. She puts then paper down and starts to walk away. I then put my head back down towards my phone. As I do that, she turns to whisper something to the other worker and laugh. When my food was done, she calls my name and put the box on top of the counter. As I approach the counter, she looks at me confused and says “you can take it.” I then tell her that I would like to add some finishing toppings to my pizza. She asked me “what do you want” in a very irritated tone. I asked for light honey and light balsamic glaze. Someone walks up to get an order. As she is talking and looking at him, she starts pouring. Safe to say, nothing was light about the pouring.

Read moreI received a coupon in the mail for a free large pizza. It had to be ordered online. Once I was online an notice it had vegan options and they're large was a decent size I thought maybe I found my knew pizza place. I put my order in, knowing I would have to pay for delivery and tax but once I submitted my order the website redirected me and to change it to pick up because no-one was scheduled for delivery at this time. I didn't get the option to change my delivery time. I tried to reorder but my card got declined. I only had $9 and some change on this specific card. They charged my card $2 and some change more then what I was suppose to pay. I tried to call the store but in the automotive system it says that the store might be to busy to answer and the best way to get any help is online. They had only been open for maybe 20 minutes so I tried to reach them anyway. After calling 3 times they picked up the phone and set it down. I could hear them taking orders. After this I hung up and called back and after that it went straight to voice mail all day. Which wasn't even set up to leave a message. I reached out online 3 different way, and all I received was an email stating that someone would get a hold of me. I didn't even get a call or my pizza. This is the worst service or lack of I ever had. I've never known a place that tells you they basically don't have enough employees to answer the phone. And they can't help you if anything goes wrong. Not to mention the website that makes changes for you when you don't have a car to pick it up. It also doesn't have help online. You send off your complaints and they just...
