Otsego County Sportsplex — Attraction in Bagley Township

Been coming here since I was a kid never had issues however this particular day our family rented the room for a birthday party yet the elderly lifeguard seemed to have things out of control screaming at kids making them cry arguing with children belittling them. My niece came down the water slide was tumbled around a bit cause of the water pressure instead of being calm about the matter this lifeguard yelled at her made her cry on her birthday then when I tried to speak to her she pointed in my face just screaming. Worse experience ever. Kids are all so very upset. Literally seemed like she was picking on just the birthday girl. Seen kids running while she simply yelled at my niece and only my niece

Added the next day: director had to watch cameras due to this same lifeguard mocking us while walking by the windows however claimed he didn't believe us when reporting her rude behavior. Money was returned to us. Thank you still very unsettling our kids didnt feel safe with her there we ended up renting the room for 4 hours left in 2 swam for 45minutes...

It would be 5 stars if it weren't for the day camp program. most of the councelors are mean, authoritarian, and biased towards the littles and girls, the dodgeball area is a gladiator arena, the "calm" area has people running all over the place and screaming until their vocal cords hurt, the councelors don't bat an eye, but as soon as my group is a singular decibel above their "zen volume", all the punishments they can possibly give are released. And don't even get me started on the punishments. To some they may seem normal, but it's a secret torture method. They make you do nothing while everyone else does what they want, and they make you watch. Take it from a camper there, it's jail in disguise. The only good part is swimming, which they cut short. They promise an hour, but it's only 20 minutes! WHAT THE HECK! Everything else is good though. It has a nice ice rink, nice tennis and pickleball courts, an amazing pool, good swim lessons, and a really nice ice rink, with rental skates. A really nice atmosphere...

I am a tad biased, but this is an excellent facility. The ice rink is fantastic with wonderfully maintained ice. As a hockey mom, this is one of the nicest facilities I’ve been in and that my child has skated at. The locker rooms are spacious, clean and most importantly, warm.

The pool area is also phenomenal. From the Red Cross certified swim programs to the public swim sessions and water fitness classes. There is something for everyone.

They also offer a plethora of fitness classes including Boot Camp, Spinning, Yoga and Karate to name a few.

Outside there are four beautiful tennis courts that are available to the public as well as three pickleball courts. The playground is also well loved by my children.
