To the Owner of Best Taxi - Maya was amazingly helpful and professional and gave me service far beyond anything you'd expect from a taxi company - she let me book my rides to and from the airport in Bakersfield - where other dumb companies didn't even take credit cards - or others wanted me to call a day in advance for a ride - which was stupid and unreliable - SO - with Maya I was able to BE SURE I had my transportation for my trip - and that you got paid in advance - so it would all be Set Up ! Then - she was in touch verifying my rides and even watching my flights - and who could ask for more ? And the driver who picked me up was dressed nicely was nice and the vehicle was great - And Maya messaged me seeing my plane land and picked me up on time - SO - she was Super Great at making your company what it means to be - Best Taxi Service ! This taxi company has been a blessing to my husband and myself. We came across this Taxi when my husband was stuck in Shafter, and we had no way of getting home. We called a few different taxi companies, and they told us that they couldn't make it or they wouldn't make it on time or that they were just not willing to go that far. We then came across Best Taxi, and it was the best thing to ever happen. This happened back in September 2022, and we have been using them ever since. My husband and I are unable to drive due to our vision, so we depend on different transportation to get around. The drivers for Best Taxi have truly become our friends more than anything. Mr. Gomez with Best Taxi Company is very professional and definitely takes pride and values the TRUE meaning of customer service. He carries a calm, warm deminir with lots of knowledge of where he is from by making sure his passengers are safe, comfortable and on time. He is dressed for the best and his music is on point! Best Taxi Company saved me and my son from a rental car nightmare in a place I am not familiar with and all of a sudden Mr. Gomez was there with such a warm smile, he put our luggage in the vehicle, he accommodated for us to eat, to use the restroom while traveling and to get us to our family we have not seen in ten years with no problems...plus drove us back to the airport!
