Flame ‘N Freeze — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I passed by this fast food joint many times but never thought to stop in to see about it until now. It was late night and I was probably their last customer of the day/night. As I pulled up to order the employee at the drive through window was extremely rude. Customer service was lacking in that woman. As I pulled up to the window to pay she gave me my total and snatched my card fast and aggressive out of my hand. I was in complete shock but too late to cancel as she already charged my card. Then they took FOREVER to give me my food. Waited at the window about 16 mins. to be exact because I was timing them for their poor service. When I finally received my food, I asked the woman for one more last minute order item. She huffed and didn't even try to hide it. I just looked at her and said nevermind. Been coming here for a long time, and I’ve never been disappointed in the service I’ve received. Until now. I went through the drive-thru and young lady was very rude (I believe she said her name was Destiny)- closing the window when I was requesting an item. Had a burrito missing so got back in the drive- thru, waiting a long time. When I informed the, again, rude young lady that we were missing an item she asked for the whole bag and then gave the bag back and said “They will give you a burrito.”By this time all the food was cold so I asked for all fresh food. However, what I got was refried food. I worked in fast food for a long time, and I know what refried food tastes like. Again, very disappointing. The food is always great and I love the atmosphere of this place. I was very disappointed today. I went in for a family fry and some corn dogs. While I was waiting to order, one of the girls was packing an order she was picking up the food as in chicken fingers, burritos,and corn dogs. When the other girl came to take my order I told her what I needed and also let her know that I would like the girl to wear gloves or use tongs when she fills my order cause that it is disgusting. She told the girl, and she proceeded to get an attitude with my Bestie and said I wash my hands. She was then told by us that when you work in any food restaurant, you use gloves or tongs.
