Refreshing Escape at Teaspoon Bubble Tea (Bakersfield)! Living in Bakersfield means beating the heat creatively, and Teaspoon Bubble Tea has become my go-to spot for a delightful and cool escape! Their menu is full of tempting options and lately I've been impressed with their Strawberry Colada.
This drink is a burst of summer in a cup! The fresh strawberry flavor is perfectly balanced with the creamy coconut milk, creating a taste that's both refreshing and satisfying. Plus, you can't go wrong with Teaspoon's boba – it's always soft, chewy, and the perfect complement to any drink.
This past visit, I opted for the classic tapioca boba, but they also offer options like crystal boba and popping boba for a fun textural experience. No matter what you choose, you're guaranteed a delicious addition to your drink.
Teaspoon Bubble Tea is a hidden gem in Bakersfield. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is inviting, and the drinks are absolutely fantastic. If you're looking for a cool and delicious pick-me-up, look no further! I highly recommend the Strawberry Colada with a side of their amazing boba – you won't be disappointed!...
Read moreI've visited Teaspoon approximately four times, and each visit has been exceptional! There are numerous reasons why it's my top choice for matcha and boba in town. Firstly, every staff member I've encountered, around 3-4 different individuals, has gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. In an age where genuine kindness is hard to come by, Teaspoon stands out. Secondly, their matcha iced tea is unbeatable; it strikes the perfect balance of flavor without being overly sweet. Today, when my son fell asleep on the way to pick up our order, I called ahead, and they kindly accommodated my request to bring it outside. Despite feeling a bit intrusive, the staff member reassured me and handled the situation with utmost kindness. The variety of boba tea flavors has made each visit exciting for my children. I appreciate the option to customize sweetness levels. Overall, Teaspoon offers a fantastic experience with...
Read moreI went to the Teaspoon Cafe here in Bakersfield and its was very disappointing experience. Right off the bat, they messed up my order and a guy in a red One Piece shirt took off with my drinks. He basically "dine and dash" with no one noticing. However, the staff were kind and generous to get my order started. There was no working AC at the time and they ran out of Boba, but gave me the option to choose an alternative topping. Once I got back home, my House Milk Tea tasted like a Milk Tea should; although, my sisters Caramel Cream did not have enough brown sugar syrup, so it tasted only the milk even though I asked for 100% sugar. My other sisters Black Sugar Assam said "its not bad". My mothers Taro Lovers drink without taro chunks was good but not great either. Overall, it has been a crazy opening day for them and I do the hope the staff will do better next time when I visit again. Until then, I'm leaving a 2 star...
