T & T Nails — Attraction in Baltimore

I went there last Sunday because my baby shower was happening and I needed someone to do my nails and toes as an emergency type of base. When I got in the shop I saw how crowded it was and thought that they might do great work. But when the guy did my toes I told him I wanted to pedicure and all he did was soak my feet in some cold water and changed my toe color He didn't scrub my feet at all. And he didn't let me pick out my color I told him I wanted baby blue and he just brought me one option. Then I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails to be and he took it upon himself to just do whatever he wanted to do I hate these nails they need a new coat on them and I still have some of my old polish on my nails. I was very dissatisfied and will never be going back...

My hand is really dry in 1 photo but please forgive me. Honest review... I like coming to this place. Tina, Steve and her daughter are really great people. They always have repeat customers and multiple people that I see do nails at once. There are 3 people who do pedicures and 1 of the staff who did pedicures, painted this beautiful brown nail design for me. Prices are extremely reasonable. I think they only do gel nails now because it lasts longer. I'm March 2024 they renovated the place and gave it a cute modern spin.

This place is located on a busy street and does have people off the street coming in trying to sell you stuff sometimes. Sometimes we buy it and other times noone bats an eye but, you get used to that. For the most part... I like...

Unless you enjoy burning your money, I’d suggest finding somewhere else to go. The guy who did my nails (who I assume is the owner referenced in other reviews) was so rude and unprofessional. I had to make a request for my mail length over four times before I was heard because he was very involved in another conversation. Usually I don’t mind, but when I’m asking for a fix on the nails that I’m paying for, I expect atleast some attention. He cut me with the manual nail file (which wasn’t disposable by the way) and then proceeded to blame it on me moving around, which I wasnt at all until AFTER he cut me.
