Papa Palace Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered from there on Friday night Sept. 29,2023 and got my food within 45mins to an hr. It was a large order so I didn't complain about that. However I ordered $121 worth of food and when I got it the steak on the subs were overcooked and hard and I ordered a chef salad with ranch dressing with extra dressing. They gave me blue cheese and I am allergic to blue cheese. I had someone else taste the salad because I had already put the dressing on it and they said it was blue cheese When I called them and told them this they told me they couldnt refund my money at he time because the manager wasn't there. They took my name and number and said that he would call me back. 4 days later I called them back and when I asked to speak to the manager they told me he wasn't there and not to call back again. Well not a problem because I would never order from them again due to the service received. I am sure another sub shop will be more than happy to have an order of anywhere of $120-$150 when I order. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. And when I was on the phone trying to talk to someone I heard a customer in the background tell them not to put their hands on them again. Not very...

So I just bought an 8-inch cheesesteak sub with everything and a little hot, I also ordered a small pizza with mushrooms came to $27 and some change, wow does that mean that both the cheesesteak and the pizza was roughly $13 each UHHH no way!!! I believe that the overcharging is for the tip TO THE driver so he got his tip. Anyway my point is I bit into the cheesesteak and as I was eating it I found hard dried up ends of the steak all throughout the whole sub as if the cooked steak was sitting out all day long uncovered and drying out. I personally think they keep the cooked fried steak in a pan until somebody orders a cheesesteak and they dip it out and put it on the grill and re-heat it up maybe with some onions. That's the first time I've ever had a cheesesteak with big chunks of dried up ends on every bite I took UGH UGH! Half of the steak on the side of my plate not eaten. I had to pull it out of my mouth because it was so dry and hard I couldn't even eat it. The pizza was ok... a little dark but edible... if I have to...

So Here's the thing. This place lies way too much. My wife order 3 subs, chicken. 3 fries and 3 sodas. And just because it was almost the end of the night they told my wife that my card was stolen. Then when I called back to find out why he would day my card was stolen the guy who says he was the supervisor hung up on me 2 times. Then whoever the other guy was going to tell me they tired to type the card number and it didn't work. Now Iiterally i order from door dash using the same card and lord behold my card works. They think its over but i will be seeing them tomorrow. Cause that was very unprofessional and i hate...
