Not a bad experience, but not great. The food was all somewhat bland and salty, but the proteins were cooked decently and it was the only place still open that night.
The crab fried rice was probably the most bland, but worse– the rice was undercooked and had too much of an unpleasant crunch. All of the rice didn't taste of really anything, and it had that undercooked texture throughout (despite the white rice being separate and the fried rice should have been cooked twice).
Our jiaozi were fried too hard, to the point of having bitter, burnt bits on every dumpling that tasted far beyond caramelized. Every dish needed a healthy dose of more seasoning (and less salt) and more appropriate cook times, but it was all still edible and we didn't feel like going though the hassle of raising a fuss about it...
