Was super excited to try this creamery, all the reviews were great and they had vegan ice cream. We went on June 16th @ approx. 1730. We waited by one of the outside windows for about 14 minutes. A staff member ( gentleman) came to the window and said someone would be with us. We waited, 20 more min. It was not that busy. From the window I saw approx. 5 employees, there could have been more in the back, they looked at us multiple times. There were 3 of us waiting. The female customer at the window started laughing and proceeded to explain to us that she just saw a young, browned hair employee stick her finger down into a soft serve ice cream filled cone two times, stare at the cone, then proceed to fill in the top of the cone with a swirl top. She then gave it to the customer. No gloves!!!!!!!! Thank goodness we were not getting a soft serve. We just went in to the building and ordered at the front counter. We were greeted immediately by a cheerful employee whom we watched to make sure she was the one to scoop our ice cream. We were not impressed with the ice cream. I will say it was good but not amazing. Trader Joe's vegan coffee Boba Ice cream is much better. None of the people I was with was impressed and they are big Foodies. I really hope the owner can train the staff to have better customer service and I really believe they need FOOD Handling education. Would love to see this place become the best in Baltimore. They have a lot of flavors and options. The coconut vegan ice cream had a weird texture it was stretchy. Not sure why, but definitely perfect that one because coconut...

Vibe: 5/5. As Instagram friendly as it gets. Brightly colored building with large wall mural, vibrant interior and both inside and walk up counters for ordering. The menu can be a little overwhelming with both chalk board written and printed graphics advertising the flavors, styles and toppings but after a few visits you get the hang of it. There is some indoor and outdoor seating, but most stand on the adjacent sidewalks or head into Patterson Park to enjoy their cones.
Service: 5/5. During spring and summer, Bmore Licks is always bustling but with their great team at the helm you are never left waiting long for your ice cream. The staff is always friendly, polite and punctual with their service. Asking for free samples is always welcomed and they are ready to work with you to achieve your max dessert potential.
Food: 5/5. Off the wall flavor combos along with seasonal favorites are what makes them stand out from the run of the mill ice cream shop. Flavors such as Blue Cookie Monsta, Fruity Pebbles and Bmore Bergie Cookie all are good examples of well executed flavors that are relative to what patrons want. Bmore licks also offers both soft serve and hard ice cream, further making your after dinner treat decision more...

You can order from the window outside instead of going inside, but be assertive and make it obvious you are standing in line because people like to crowd the flavor board, slack jawed as they ponder their choices and then get the same boring thing they've been getting their entire life anyway: chocolate or vanilla. Seriously? Live a little.
They do a variety of soft serve and homemade hard serve. Including a vegan option or two. Prices are very reasonable and even a small is quite large, so pace yourself or bring your insulin. You can also take a long and lovely walk around the park, which I highly recommend, because if you're reading this long ice cream review on Google, God love you, you probably need it.
They also have dog ice cream, because you decided to fill the void in your life with an animal during COVID instead of having a child. Absolutely no judgement there. Everyone be aware, dogs standing in line will knock cones from kid's hands even though "my precious is never like this" and "he usually listens to me, I don't know what's wrong!" These people will offer to buy you another cone, so definitely get a loaded sundae as a...
