I was going to this shop religiously buying all my smoke from here when I’m in Southern California.. I have to say I will not be back. This shop has done nothing but waist my time and my fuel. They tell you to come by on Mondays when they restock but you waist the time and gas driving 30+ miles to get there just to find out even after they restock they don’t have what I want. Then they tell me to come back Thursday and they will be restocked again. Again waisting my time and fuel driving 30+ miles to their shop to find out on Thursday they still don’t have what they KEEP telling me they will have. I have been to their shops on Mondays, Thursdays and all the days after and in between they tell you they will have what you want just so you can waist your time and gas cause they think you will still buy something even though it’s not what you want. Then they tell you to check online and order when you see it in stock.. I tried that too I went online found what I wanted placed my order because online said it was in stock I called stiizy and verified the order then took the 30+ mile drive to their shop and you can guess what happened then. You guessed it I waisted my time and my fuel again because they didn’t have what I ordered in stock even though their web page claimed to. I have waisted hundreds of dollars in fuel and even more then that in time going back and forth to this shop just to be lied to and disappointed and my time and money waisted.. sorry stiizy but you won’t be waisting anymore of my time or money. Me or my people will not be back at this shop until they make it right. If they don’t make it right then they will lose more business...
Read moreAsked if I could pay with a card, was told yes, and there's a $3 fee (excessive) but they give it back, but I was NOT told it was run as an ATM transaction so my bank ALSO charged me a fee for using an outside atm. Had I known I just would've gone to get cash. As a female I don't particularly feel safe walking around with cash so I use my card where I can. It's also very corporate and you're not allowed to just look around at the product. You have to wait for an associate to assist you. I understand not letting too many ppl in at once, but being forced to shop with an assistant so you "don't touch the product" (their words) is excessive and obviously a sales tactic. They make you put in your phone number and email address as well as your ID being scanned and my picture stored in their system...all this before I even was asked what I was looking for and picture stored without my permission. I was already super uncomfortable and felt rushed so didn't say anything. They price their brand the lowest and push it hard. Pricing is unclear and not posted anywhere so you're having to blindly trust whatever they tell you. There's not even a menu to look at while they force you to wait for one of their associates. First time ever having a disappointing experience at a dispensary and I've been to many in CA as well as surrounding states. I guess some ppl don't mind their process or perhaps don't know anything different but I for sure will be avoiding this chain of dispensary like the plague. All that corporate stank is too...

The associate lets me know they were out of that flavor and brought two replacements strains as we all know I can’t touch the product before purchase so since I ordinary asked for a rosin I thought she would bring me a different rosin strain to choose from . She brought out a live resin which unless you know bear labs you cannot see the difference between them especially from across the cash register. Regardless if a customer is looking for ROSIN you bring out rosin options EVEN IF ITS FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY or let them know I only have live resin available in the store. After leaving the store I realized it’s not what I wanted at all . the manager did nothing to rectify the situation . The budtender lied and said she told me it was live resin . The budtender brought me the wrong product and instead of rectifying the situation they blame the customer my loyalty points will show I only purchase rosin nothing more from this store horrible customer service everyone makes mistakes but to blame the customer for you being to lazy to verify & READ a box and bring out rosin like they asked for it’s beyond me retrain your budtender on how to do proper substitutions what she did was clearly a bait and switch which is a violation of...
