Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Barstow

Stopped on my way home 9pm in Barstool and I understand it’s close to closing time but these employees were not nice to anyone in line it wasn’t just me, came to pay and asked for chips and she was upset cause she had to go to the back to get them and rolled her eyes I didn’t say anything ok fine , she never said thank you nothing ended with we close at 10pm , ok I get it but the way she said it was very rude , I ask for forks she replied there the containers, no there no more I said she replied hold on I have to help this next customer, I waited patiently at least more then 5mins quietly I even thought she forgot about me, as I was waiting I notice she would go from the cash register to grab customers chips after that I didn’t eat mine, we had to clean our own table, every table was filthy, the trash was overflowing, we finish at 10pm but I noticed she was going around telling customers to get there food and leave cause there locking the doors and they actually did you had to walk side door, I’m so glad I don’t live by this chipotle, my kids wanted chipotle, I strongly suggest the owner of this place have a secret shopper come by check it out in the evening cause I’m sure it’s different employees in the afternoon, I work in customer service also but we never could treat people rudely eventually it will come back to you, the reason these employees have a job cause of your customers there very rude and it’s dirty I was holding back on saying anything cause I was tired and so were our kids I wanted to make there experience pleasant, the chipotle in my area ( Whittier, ca ) very clean the kids work there are very professional very pleasant welcoming and it’s clean someone always cleans throws out the trash, more important you want to know your food is as good as the place looks , I’m also posting this on FB so people can know what there walking into maybe someone will say something next time , maybe the owner don’t care he’s obviously making money cause this is were people stop on the way home outside should have a C or D for cleanest and F for...

This Chipotle out to be the worst Chipotle in all of California do not eat here manager is rude and not helpful at all if that's even the manager as she stated. I placed an online order at 10am for the "quickest" time 10:30am I always order the same thing every single time this time it was the worst mistake I've made my burrito bowl wasn't ready when it said it was going to be on top of that they tried to not give me some of my items I ordered. The chips and queso they stated I didn't have on my order when I clearly did and on the printed label they stick onto the bag it stated. I had to wait for the queso because it wasn't ready yet when I received my bag the burrito bowl felt really light I thought nothing of it arrived home and upon getting my items out the bag I noticed the sauces were watered down and looked a little off I had ordered double protein I only received regular portion I had ordered extra pinto beans extra fajitas and extra lettuce non of which were included in the bowl while I was at the store I asked the manager if I could get my queso filled up a little bit more for the inconvenience before the fact I knew my burrito bowl was a mess of missing items she was very rude and not helpful at all she responded to me back saying that I only ordered a 2oz queso and for waiting 10 minutes I couldn't receive anything so then I proceed to ask for her name and she would not want to give it to me she stated she didn't have to give me a name very rude and very unprofessional I doubt that's the manager Chipotle hired to treat there valuable customers like that I really wanted to receive a refund but didn't want to even speak with that woman this was 6/18/2024 @ 10:46 am I just finished a extensive night shift 12 hours from 9pm to 9am and I decided to spend my money here this was a very upsetting situation I really hope no other valued customers will have to go through...

Was up in Barstow recently for a week. Love Mexican food. Wanted something other than DelTaco (which I am a frequent customer of). So I had a burrito delivered around 5 pm, Asada with lettuce, rice and sour cream. It was oozing sour cream, yuck. But I still ate it, was hungry and too tired to go out. Burrito was a very good size, and with the exception of the sour cream (which I asked for, just not that much), it was a very good burrito. Not the reason for the 1 star rating. Finished dinner and went to bed around 8 pm. It had been a very long day. About 3 am I woke up with a very sharp pain in my mid section (stomach)... run to bathroom... back to bed, sleep for an hour... repeat until I finally vomitted at around 9:30. Was well enough to pack my bags and drive home (1.5 hours), by the time I got home... back to bathroom... bed, sleep, bathroom... you get the idea. This went on until around 7 pm when I ate a Greek Yogurt (130 calories). Mind you I hadn't had anything to eat since 5 pm the night before (26 hours), was only drinking sips of water, didn't want to get dehydrated.
