I I’ve had one of the most frustrating furniture-buying experiences with this company.
Update: September 8th 2025. I have yet to get my replacement legs that they promised. I am still waiting.
Review. I was promised a high-back sofa — what arrived was nothing like that. The second replacement was a color I didn’t ask for, and I wasn’t given options. They even offered a display couch that people had already used. Why would you offer a couch that people have sat on when I paid over 600 for a couch? Unacceptable.
The third time, they delivered a couch with chipped and cracked legs, trying to pass it off as “new.” No brand-new couch should arrive damaged or legs attached, yet now I’m waiting on replacement legs with no clear timeline. Communica8tion has been minimal, and I’ve had to repeatedly follow up and call them for updates.
Be aware this business is connected to Summer Furniture & Mattress Deals (3078 Summer Ave) and Lavish Home Furniture (4508 Summer Ave). Their reviews show the same issues: damaged products, poor communication, and no refunds. This is shown more with Lavish home furniture on summer avenue..
This entire ordeal has been stressful, time-consuming. I could have went somewhere else and had everything I needed.
(MY REPONSE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER) My review reflects my experience as a customer. The sofa was delivered with damaged legs, and I am still waiting for the replacement legs you promised. A brand-new couch should not arrive with the legs already attached, and it is unacceptable to try to pass it off as new. Multiple replacements, lack of clear communication, and failure to deliver the product as promised are the reasons for my frustration. Other customers should be aware of these issues. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received any updates on the replacement legs for the couch that was delivered with chipped legs. This situation is...

The reviews for this store seem a little suspicious, and some of the furniture has a strange smell, which makes the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. Overall, the place just feels off. If you're nearby, try Home Dash on Hwy 64 or Good Deal Charlie (where Big Lots used to be) on Giacosa Place instead. Both are only about 2.5 miles away and have a much better vibe. This place might be cheap, but there’s definitely a reason for that.
Update: Let’s be real. You say everything is brand new, yet you're already remodeling after just a year at this particular location in bartlett? That doesn’t add up. And if everything is truly new, why did the furniture I saw look used or outdated?
Also, the fact that you don’t accept returns or exchanges speaks volumes. Quality businesses stand behind their products. They don’t hide behind “final sale” policies. Something about this whole setup feels off, and your response didn’t clear anything up. It just raised more red flags. Future customers, shop...
