Ordered using the app. Arrived at the store when the app said they were boxing it up. 5 minutes later- my order was still not in the TO GO case and the app status hadn't changed. Cut to the front of the line showing my phone order - i know the cashier saw me but didn't acknowledge me as she left the register and went back to the kitchen. On her return I showed her my phone again in a way she couldn't miss me and she had no choice but to acknowledge me and ask my name. I gave it to her. She gave me my order and couldn't provide me a coherent reason why my order wasn't in the case. What's the bleepity bleeping blopping reason for a code operated pickup case if YOU DONT USE THE DARN THING! AND THIS IS AT LEAST THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED IN A ROW I'VE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE! Can you tell I'm aggravated? The pizza is a good value- fair for the price- which is why I occasionally come back and order from here- in hopes of a better experience- but each and every time I feel like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football when I walk through the door to pick up my online order through the app. I think I'm generous with 2 stars. 1 star means I won't be back. 2- yes- but not happy about it because it's a bleepity bleeping blopping pattern with this location. It's THIS location I have a problem with only. Never had a problem with the 3rd street Memphis location, where, honestly, given the location I might expect it, or the Stateline road Southaven location. It's only this location that let's me down EVERY SINGLE BLEEPITY BLEEPING BLOPPING time I order through the app. It's a pattern that NEEDS...
Read moreThe lobby was jam packed of customers waiting on orders, so being told 15 minutes for 1 Pepperoni Pizza + 1 order of Crazy Puffs was reasonable and not an issue. There was 1 teen on the register and at least 3 adult employees seen mostly in the kitchen. The menu board was not on or broken. Received my incomplete order after about a 30 minute wait. The pizza box and my receipt had my complete 2 item order printed on it. The pizza appeared to have cheese & pepperoni pulled off of a couple slices.
I was swatting gnatsđȘ°as I waited 10-15 more minutes to receive the 2nd item, resulting in the pizza getting ice COLD. We all know you have to eat a Little Caesars pizza within 5-10 min of being ready or it's not as enjoyable (straight out the box). I'll give 2 stars only because the Crazy Puffs were actually good and hot. Not worth the trouble though...
No apology, no discount nor anything extra offered for free for the unexpected, huge inconvenience. I'm certain my missing item was given to another customer, hence it not being included with my order initially. I do not recommend purchasing from this location anymore. Make sure you have a lot of time, patience and money to potentially waste on terrible service!
I assume you may have a much better experience if you order...
Read moreThis location was horrible and very unprofessional and majority of the workers looked like kids. When I arrived and asked for a cheese pizza the young lady with glasses showed them to me from the heater they were old, burnt, and very hard. (I knew they were hard because a lady came out before me and stated she had to return them for being so hard for her her child to chew). I asked her to make a cheese and pepp fresh for me and my 3 children at 7:44pm. The lady stated it would only take about 10 mins but instead it took 30 mins. Within 15 mins of that wait time I came back into the store and she stated they both were coming out the oven, but that wasnât the case at all. I asked for a refund at 8:15pm and THEN I was approached with the pizzas. I refused to take them and asked for a refund. The manager had stepped outside and I was told heâd be right back. I waited until about 8:24pm and was given a refund. Now the manager was polite with issuing the refund, but I believe they didnât start working on my pizzas until I came back in the store to check on them, and she stated they were coming out the oven. That was very unprofessional considering my kids were hungry and now I have to drive somewhere else to get them...
