Customer(s) beware! Very sketchy business practices going on here. They tell you one thing, to your face, then, charge you a different price, much higher. Don't pawn here! They will change their "policy" as they explain it to you. I can't even buy anything at this place knowing how badly they take advantage of people, while they're down and out. Very questionable business. I know, pawn shops are not known for much of anything good, but, this place perpetuates the dark side of their reputation. Seriously, these are unscrupulous people, only out to milk you for every $ they can possibly squeeze out of you, and unfairly to boot. I had to wait several months to write this review, I was so angry over my situation with them. Had to calm down, otherwise I would have spoken badly about this unsatisfactory pawn shop. I have not done business with this place but I do feel that people need to know that I watched all of the items out front get rained on. I was driving by yesterday when it started to rain, I was waiting for the pawn shops employees to rush outside and quickly bring the items inside. They never came! I sat at the light for what seemed like five minutes before it really started to pour, still no one! Chainsaws, compressors, weed eaters, all sorts of expensive tools getting poured on with not a single employee covering them up or trying to save them from the rain. This says a lot about this establishment considering everything is right back on the curb for sale the next day. I know for a fact all of those tools will get ruined by water. So rude! I went to pawn my Burberry bag In need of extra cash. She wanted to give me 15! I had pawned the same bag before and gave me more money, same place but different person . she told me if I had any other bag and I did.
