I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a macchiato and accidentally received a hot version instead of the iced one I intended to order. When I politely asked the barista if there was any way it could be made iced, she looked at me with an attitude and bluntly told me to pay for another drink. Not only was this rude, but it showed a complete lack of customer service. Mistakes happen, but it is absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer in such a dismissive and disrespectful way.
What makes this worse is that this is not the first unpleasant experience Iāve had at this store. I have noticed multiple times that sandwiches are tossed carelessly onto the counter instead of being handed to customers properly, often leaving them messy and unappetizing. Drinks are consistently watered down due to excessive ice, and the overall quality has been very disappointing.
I also work at a coffee shop, so I understand how busy and stressful shifts can be, but that is never an excuse for poor treatment of customers. A simple level of courtesy and care can make all the difference, and unfortunately, that seems to be completely lacking at this location. Employees represent the brand, and their actions directly affect whether customers want to return. Experiences like this ruin peopleās mornings, and I strongly believe management should address the lack of professionalism and respect being shown here.
I truly hope Starbucks leadership takes this feedback seriously, because as a loyal customer in the past, I have been left extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this...

while they are connected to the bank you want to enter from the left hand side entrance not the right hand side entrance
The Starbucks has been a nice little Haven for when I need to pass through Bastrop
they have restrooms they're just hidden in the back past the baristas on the hallway they have two restrooms
And they do a great job of keeping this restrooms clean and maintained
keep this place usually near spotless while keeping the music to minimal keep a dit a nice quiet environment with stable enough Wi-Fi and lots of outlets and seating inside to get things done
they have the majority of all your normal Starbucks beverages and usually won't give you a hard time about getting a cup of water while you're waiting unlike some other Starbucks don't trying to initiate the franchise war where you have to now buy something in order to get water
this location is always been sort of like a horse safe Haven and this sit down quietly get work done and be left alone
they are also open later on to the evening and don't close the same time as the bank and with lots of lots of parking and are handicap accessible with a drive-thru window
My experience here with the drinks which I usually get the passion sweet tea has been always positive

We each like to order our own food , since we know exactly how we want our stuff , but apparently that was an inconvenience to the barista.
