Wes is THE guy, hands down!! My son wanted a custom built gaming PC for his B-day, so in the spirit of making it happen, as well as learning and bonding, we've bought a bunch of expensive computer parts. We've tried EVERYTHING to make it work, had friends, family, co-workers, and a few local computer guys troubleshoot it to no avail. Wes was our last try before selling the whole thing for parts on eBay. Not many computer guys would even try to take someone else's built cuz it's PIA, but Wes did. I work in Information Services, myself, and I am always very keen to promote others in the field, especially when they are as knowledgeable and personable as Wes is. I purchased several components for a new pc which he gladly assembled for me. He not only let me come and drop the parts off over the weekend, on his day off I might add. I have an eight year old laptop that has seen it's better days. It's been dropped, water spilt on it, dog stepped on, and then left to die.
