What a pleasant surprise! My Neurosurgeon Dr. Waguespack ordered a custom made back brace from these dedicated people at Magnolia Medical. I spoke with a wonderful woman named Katrina! Yes. For once this beautiful name matched the woman and NOT THE DISASTER / Hurricane! I was greeted by four wonderful people who made me feel as if God Himself had sent me His Angels. Since I had already had a conversation with Katrina in setting up my appointment, I sought her out 1st! WHOA. I needed the ladies room bc we had come a long way (Denham Springs) to get my back brace.A sweet employee named Erica helped me to the Ladies room. After I washed my hands I was pointed to Katrina, the sweet receptionist I had conversed with on the phone. We hugged and I felt at ease. I then met Derrick who would be fitting me for my new back brace! WE HUGGED AS IF WE ALREADY KNEW EACH OTHER! Very seldom do we notice the people that God sends us through ordinary day to day business. Hence,this review. Derrick had a prosthetic leg and he was so kind to show it to me. In my day to day life I truly feel that at times God sends us His best witnesses. This was a moving tribute I could not wait to share. Derrick fit my brace as if he knew it would be a help, not a hindrance. Thank you Dr Waguespack. Perfect fit as if God Himself had made it. While we were talking My husband and I were introduced to another Angel named Natasha. Very seldom do our day to day Angels actually show us God’s influence in their lives and ours! God is our witness today and we were blessed by this simple but moving show of His hand in bringing us His best souls. Try seeing the Hand of God at work in your lives, You might be the blessing God sends others. What an awful experience. I hired Magnolia about a year and a half ago to make me a new leg that has hurt constantly and never fit properly. I have continued to wear my old leg. When I needed new sleeves for my old leg, I called and requested them and they said they would get it taken care of. 10 weeks later I called the asking for an update and they said “oh you need to go to get a doctors Prescription” you would think that sometime in that 10 weeks they could’ve called me and told me!? I’m in Shreveport and they are in Baton Rouge. They trying to say they work all over the state, but they really don’t care about me.
