Now that I finally got my floral preservation back I can finally leave the last review for my wedding vendors. I'm gonna admit I was at first very excited to work with Plumeria, they seemed super knowledgeable and accommodative. I was distraught on my wedding morning when my fiance at the time had brought the wedding flowers. I was EXTEREMELY specific on exactly what I wanted. I only ordered 1 bride bouquet, 1 maid of honor bouquet, and 2 boutineeres. They got every single one wrong except my maid of honors. My fiance asked specifically for pocket boutineeres, they managed to give us magnetic ones that barely last through the ceremony due to the magnetic falling off constantly. My flowers had the end of the white roses dusted blue even though I told them I wanted the bride bouquet roses just white (This way I stood out). I even gave them a reference of a bouquet that I wanted it to look exactly like with just one flower added, and my bouquet didn't even look close to the picture given. Of course none of this is something you can change the day of your wedding so I took it as what I was given. Then I got to the wedding preservation. I didn't hear from them for weeks so I decided to drop in after the 6 week mark they gave me to check in. When I came into the store I was informed that one of the flowers in my bouquet was not preserving as well as they would have liked so they got new ones to preserve and didnt tell me. This is something I would have like to know considering most women get their bouquet flowers preserved for SENTIMENTAL reasons, so I feel that should have been my decision not theirs. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend them for weddings.
UPDATE TO OWNER: I am not your first negative review. Also in regards to nothing being said. I didn't see my flowers till the morning of my wedding and am not the one who picked them up. Also my fiance did mention the morning of that he requested pocket boutineeres and was told he was "upgraded" to magnetic ones despite that wasn't what he requested. What bride is gonna call you two hours before she walks down the aisle to tell you that you messed up on everything you promised. Also I did not drop them off for preservation, a family member did due to me being on my honeymoon. When I dropped off the frame there was no point in arguing with staff about the fact that 4-6 weeks prior you had ruined my wedding day flowers, it wasn't like it was going to change the outcome. Lastly this review was my comments being made after finishing my preservation. Try and take a little responsibility for the fact that you had direct "notes" taken during the consultation and emails of what was expected and you failed to meet the standards. Thank you...
Read moreI highly recommend using Plumeria for your flower arrangement needs!! Though I haven't been to the shop in person I had the best experience ordering on the phone. I needed flowers sent to a family member's funeral Service which I couldn't attend from out of state. The order was taken in a very professional but genuinely caring way. We took a little time to discuss options and I ordered feeling calm and assured that everything would be taken care of. -- To my surprise the night before the Service I received a photo text of the arrangement to see if I approved of them. That was a very nice touch. I was repeatedly thanked for my business and offered genuine condolences for my family's loss. After the Service my step-sister contacted me to say how beautiful and special the flowers were. (And the cost was very very reasonable too.) Really, what more could anyone ask for in a purchase from a business than all of the above? I'm very grateful for the experience I had ordering here and based on that I think anyone would be happy...
Read moreElisha is absolutely amazing! She was the florist for my wedding and made the day stress free and beautiful. She went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and had so much knowledge about different types of flowers and what to pair them with to create the most gorgeous arrangements. I didn’t have hardly any knowledge about flowers and I changed my mind several times about what I wanted the bouquets to look like and she was so patient and offered excellent advice. I loved every idea she had. She was extremely helpful and flexible and she got everything done in a very timely manner. She came to the venue and helped decorate and made sure I was happy with the arrangements before she left. Her prices were very reasonable as well. Her shop is absolutely adorable and she always has lovely fresh flowers and potted plants in stock. If you need anything from house plants and succulents to bouquets and boutonnières to sympathy arrangements or anniversary gifts, go see Elisha and you won’t be...
