Good customer service depends on who you get for some people. Some staff can be great examples and others are just not ok. I've Been in and out of this business since it opened up on the opposite corner as just Titans. I used to love it, but it's honestly taken a dip since the last owner. When a person in charge looks at a camera feed of altercation that doesn't even have sound and makes a judgment based on a way someone normally stands is wrong. Also ANY business that puts an employee before customers is bound for bad reputation. I've Been going less and less because of this. Staff giving responses like "deal with it" and "get over it" when there is a problem. Just to make sure I don't get called a liar I'm also going to have a couple of my dozen witnesses leave their review too. I've Been having a by far more wonder FNM in Kalamazoo card shop. Much better place I've not had a single complaint. Real customer service is following the customer first rule and the customer is right rule. Not if there's a problem protect the employee and listen to the buddies rule. Even if they lift my ban I am never going back. Neither are the 20 people I've brought into the store. Drunk and disorderly? How about truth and I've don't drink. Maybe I got drunk off mountain dew code red. Haha. Bull. This is the owner quickly trying to cover up a real event that happened by spreading lies about customers. Read the whole review page there's other he responds to like such. Can't handle a bad review of truth.... go back to your online store liar. I have enough people backing me you have people that don't wanna lose a hangout spot. Lol. You weren't even there. The owners just listen to he said or she said. I don't need to lie. I don't even need your business. I get better deals on Amazon lol. Why would I sabotage after months? I had a friend come to me complaining about YOUR business which in turn is why I commented. Plus if it was a revenge review why didn't I do it the day I was banned? False accusation on here is a violation of my freedom of speech and freedom of media. Just saying. This proves exactly...

(The issue was settled a while back and was a misconception on both parts. As of now, I have gotten the money, and apologised to the manager for the misconception)

Went to go sell some MTG cards used with 59 foil cards in pristine condition. Staff held onto the cards for when i came back, but gave me 10 of the 59 in return. When i return, i asked to see if their staff knew anything about it. With them saying they didn't know. So, to file the issue. The guy at the check out looked for who it was, until contacting them. Which than lead to me giving them both my E-mail and phone number to contact via. Two and a half weeks later, still no call or email from them.

Its a decent comic book store, with mediocre to awful responsibility for customer's things. Not in the lost+found, and an empty promise of contact if anything comes up.

I am under the age of drinking, and I have not stolen from your business. In fact, I been there since titans. It is a beautiful place to go. I just don't think what this place did was in any way reasonable as a business stand point. So do not disregard this review, and don't make the excuse of being drunk, or being a thief. I was 100% sober, and I am a good man to heart, even believing that things were going to be ok, and i would get the cards back. Nope. And I still await a call about the situation.

The level of hypocrisy when calling others thieves for stealing cards, and to not consider that you are doing the same is a little absurd. I hope that if this is a staff issue, and not a manager/CEO turning a blind eye to do something like this.

I absolutely love this place! I been visiting here for years and have played many Pokémon TCG tournaments, and brought many Pokémon cards and comics, and met many new friends. The people here, both that work and visit is very nice and “noobie” friendly. I’ve never seen the place dirty or heard anyone complain. The Pokémon TCG prereleases are great too! I do wish Pokémon TCG here was more prevalent as the main focus of this place is magic and comics, but in all no matter what you play- Pokémon TCG to DDZ TCG they can help you or have tournaments for it!

They also do DnD and many other table top stuff like warhammer. And, they are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to a Burger King so you can always get food without having to get in your car. But if you do want something else, this place is conveniently located that other food places is ether down the street(like Taco Bell, little Caesars, and long John silvers) and others are like less then 5 minutes away.

I would highly recommend this place as it has an incredible atmosphere, and you can buy what you want and play other people and participate in competitive but friendly fun tournaments held weekly! If there is even an ounce of nerdiness(I mean who doesn’t? We all watch marvel and dc movies, who doesn’t know what Pokémon is? And if you don’t then the people here will be GLADLY to help), then this is the place for you! Hope you have fun in all...
