Burger King — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I was in the drive-thru today got big order I I actually ordered added order ordered a junior Whopper with a large onion ring small fry and a small Coke and then another junior Whopper light mayonnaise no onion and then impossible Burger meal no pop with a strawberry milkshake but then possible Burger the bun fell apart and that there was no fries with it that was the issue there was no prize with it and the bird and the bun fell apart and when I tried to call nobody answered the phone and I called at 3:15 and I could hear people talking but nobody answered it and then when I hung up and try to call again it was busy so nobody said hello so I never got to talk to somebody this has always been my favorite burger King I remember as a kid coming here meeting my grandfather meeting them growing up for lunch so it's always been my favorite Burger King in town and I've never had an issue till now and then not to be able to talk to somebody about it just ridiculous always ordered to Junior Whoppers a large onion ring and a small fry every time I come there and get told that rule is is so awesome than today have my order being messed up and I and I get that having then possible for your attitude after I've already ordered but still mistakes happen but being able not to talk to somebody about it and nobody answering the phone or talking to...

(Go somewhere worth your money, not here) Was given the wrong food twice drove back there twice, I refuse to drive back a third time in order to get the correct order. Don’t waste your time gas and money here, go somewhere worth your hard earned money. The service here is terrible and the food is mediocre. If there’s any problem, they won’t resolve it properly. Was given an incorrect order twice and then they refused to give me my actual order that I’d already paid for. Had to file a complaint with the Burger King website to get it resolved because the manager couldn’t/wouldn’t. Made it to where I couldn’t have my food for the night. Had to go to bed hungry and wait for the Burger King company to resolve it. Don’t go here unless you’re looking for problems. Because they will give you plenty of problems and not resolve them. All they care about is taking your money but they don’t give a crap about giving you your food that you’ve paid for. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself some...

Every time I go to the Capital Ave SW Burger King, it takes forever to get my order, the food is soggy and cold when I finally do get my order. The General Manager and the Assistant Manager, are highly disrespectful to both customers and some employees! There's a LOT of heavy drug addicts that work there, not to mention that I looked back at some of the employees, while waiting for my food, and I couldn't help but notice employees making gang affiliated signs and bragging about doing illegal activities. They advertise a hiring sign in the window by the drive thru, but tell everyone they aren't hiring, and they make comments like we don't hire bums or retarted people. Bottom line in my opinion is that store needs to either close down or replace EVERYONE...
