Lakeview Lounge — Restaurant in Battle Creek

What a charming place! Everyone (bartender, owner, and locals) made us feel welcome. The banquettes are gorgeous. The warm cashews were exactly what we needed. The pours were generous. Most important, though, is how helpful everyone was. We mistakenly assumed that Uber and Lyft would get us around town. Nope. But thanks to the local friendliness of Lakeview Lounge, we found our way to Moonraker's (also incredibly delicious and scenic) and had a wonderful night! Great little hole in the wall bar. The owners are very friendly! They don't have much for food options though. The time I went they had pizza so I got that. It was actually very good!
