Do not order delivery from these people. The only reason I ordered from here instead of Hungry Howie's is because of how much my kid loves the crazy bread. Except they didn't give me the crazy bread I ordered. They sent me the stuffed crazy bread I didn't order. And insisted that the wrong item was DoorDash's fault and responsibility because the driver didn't open up and TOUCH my breadsticks to make sure that LITTLE CAESAR'S were sending the right thing in the identical bags they put the both types of crazy bread in.
They also insisted I was only getting the right thing if I got in my car and came to them. Which given the multiple dollar delivery fee I paid is unacceptable. So I call DoorDash like I'm (quite rudely) told to by the manager, even though I ordered off the company's website and not through DoorDash, and they just slap a meaningless refund on my account. Which still leaves us with no crazy bread but with the 100% guarantee that we will never be eating Little Caesar's again. Can someone please tell me why the manager called the cops on a guy that just wanted to pay for the 4 pizzas he ordered, but not the 7 they accidentally made him? It is such an easy fix, yet the manager escalated the situation so quickly and fro no reason. The guy explained that he was having a hard time playing the order over the phone with a worker and that might have been the reason for the mistake and he just wanted 4 pizzas. It was so uncomfortable to watch and really makes me not want to go to this location. Something needs to be done with this manager. They even went back to the cooks and said "you know all of those thin crusts you just made? They are worthless now!" And slammed them on the back prep counter. I just really don't understand why it went from 0 to 60 like that? And that man didn't get any of his pizzas. From a business standpoint, wouldn't you want to sell at least 4 pizzas? If I could give it a zero I would. Over 50 minutes for two orders of bread sticks and one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. For both pizzas to be burnt badly. I asked the clerk for different pizzas as they were badly burnt.
The clerk ignored me and kept taking orders. I did than ask again for different pizza to get ignored more. My teenage child than asked to be ingored. I than louder asked to speak to a manager as I was being ignored.
Instead a very nice pizza maker came up saw the pizzas were burnt and was going to exchange them. When another lady said nope refund her.
Than manager from the back said just change the pizzas. The one lady who said she was just going to refund me shoved a pizza and a order of bread sticks at me and threw a ten and me and said sorry. Than said no I am not sorry your getting your food free.
I didn't get anything free. I got refunded for a pizza and bread stick.
