So I went into the store and spoke to a man named Trevor. I told him that I wanted to purchase a phone for my son. I told him that he wanted an iPhone. I told him that I currently couldn't get a hold of him. He told me that his cheapest iPhone was like $250. I said all I have is about $100 to spend. He said the cheapest phone that he has is $130 but it's not an iPhone. I said well I don't think my son would want it. I tried messaging my son. I got a hold of his mother And she said to go ahead and get it. So I purchased the phone and sure enough my son didn't want it. I tried to take it back 2 hours later and Trevor told me that there's a no refund policy. I said excuse me? I said everything is exactly how you gave it to me. I have the receipt right here! What is the reason why I can't get my money back? I was later told by another employee that it says on the bottom of the receipt that there is no refunds. Right... So after I give my money up the receipt tells me that it's too late for me to get it back. There's no sign in the store! The employee obviously knew my situation because I told him. Never once did he explain to me that if I purchased a phone I can't get my money back. He had several opportunities to explain to me that I would not get my money back. I am not happy at all with my experience at the Boost Mobile store on Southwest Capital Ave! I had to call myself down because I was ready to walk up in that store and grab Trevor by his shirt and let him get a refund! Times are very tough right now! And I am barely surviving to be playing the...
Read moreI went to the boost store for assistance with my phone as I was having issues with it and needed help. It was about 30 minutes before they were to close and when I went in to speak with the associates about my issues my phone charge was deleted so I needed to get it charged to a certain percentage which the would not help me with a charger to do so I store so I went out to the vehicle parked out in front of the store together some juice to my phone letting them know i was parked fright out front and would be back in shortly to see of once the phone was charged we could get the issues figured out. With still 10 minutes until they are to close I watch them lock the door and turn off the lights closing early as they know and can see I'm still sitting in my vehicle in front of this boost location. Needless to say I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional of these employees to have done that. I did not end up getting my phone figured out . I just. Ended up going to Meijer and purchasing a new phone entirely! BOOST YOU SHOULD REALLY DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!...
Read moreIf I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! These guys are crooks! First, if you buy a phone from them, they charge you $25 each line to activate your phone and they charge you a “mandatory” insurance add-on of $7 each line. Boost only charges a $10 activation fee and they do NOT make you pay for insurance! Also, if you activate the phone yourself online, there is NO activation fee! I will continue to buy used phones or a new one directly from Boost because I don’t want to pay these guys an extra $32 on top of the phone price only because they are looking to rip unsuspecting consumers off! They should be reported for bad business practices!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU VALUE...
