If you are reading this, debating whether or not to come here! DO IT! I am so grateful that I came to Lahh Salon! I was in desperate need for a haircut and fresh balayage! Scary thing is, I do not have a go to hair salon in Miami so I had to take the risk on reading reviews and looking at photos! I liked their reviews and photos online, so I decide to call and see if they had any availability for that day which is near impossible for most places! Frankie, who is an Angel, answered my call before opening hours and really helped me out! The outstanding and exceptional service I received from Frankie (before even ever stepping foot into Lahh Salon) was out of this world and really impressed me! Emily squeezed me into her schedule and did my balayage that day! After the color, Sharon cut and styled my brand new beautiful hair! I cannot tell you in words how amazing this whole team at Lahh Salon is!!!!! My hair looks banging and basically boosted my confidence like 100%! The color is perfect and the cut just makes me look fresh! I feel and look amazing thanks to the incredible team at Lahh Salon! CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT I wish I did, it would’ve saved me from having my long beautiful hair chopped off by supposedly the highest qualified hairstylist in the salon Danielle. Not only was everyone in the establishment super unprofessional but they were even rude to me. The salon was dirty I was pulling off blonde hairs off of the hair towel the put on my shoulders. I showed Danielle a picture of what kind of hair cut I wanted, lots of layers and face framing layers in a U shaped back. I told her to cut it the shortest under my chest. Not only did she completely not listen to me but she cut it all the way above my chest and gave me the choppiest haircut ever! Looks like I did it at home with a pair of kitchen scissors 😭😭 Look for yourself! I was crying my eyes out the whole time even after I saw she cut it too short I was hoping she could at least give a proper haircut for it to still be flattering. LOOK AT MY HAIR! My hair was healthy long to my hips. Now its 2 inches under my shoulder and all chopped up :’( I’m so so sad I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I wanted to share my recent experience getting a balayage, in case it helps others. I booked the service expecting the quoted price to cover the full coloring process. What I didn’t realize—and wasn’t told upfront—is that essential steps like toning were not included in the base price.

After spending several hours in the chair, I was surprised at checkout to see separate charges for toner and additional treatments that were necessary to complete the look. While I understand that some salons itemize their services this way, I would have appreciated full transparency from the beginning so I could make an informed decision.

The color itself turned out fine, but the lack of clear communication left a bad impression. If you’re planning to get balayage, I highly recommend asking in advance whether toner, gloss, or other treatments are included in the price—or if they’ll be added on separately.
