We had to WORST experience at the Princess Fairytale Hall. On the evening of July 25, we went to visit the princess'. We were in the lightning lane ( different entrance and line from the regular line) because of my fiancé had the 'Disability Accessibility Service' pass. After 5 minutes of waiting, no one came to let us in. My fiancé unclipped the rope to stand on the other side, in hopes of being seen this way. The employee Jo, appeared and started yelling at him and telling him to never touch her rope again. My fiancé became super anxious and started panicking. Another 5 minutes passed. Our presence was totally ignored. When she came back, my fiancé tried apologizing to her and told her that he did not mean to upset her. She did not answer back. We then met Cinderella, however our excitement was totally ruined by Jo's rude attitude. No one should get yelled at, especially within the perimeters of DisneyWorld. We will forever remember this experience, which wasn't a good one. Hundreds of people on an international scale would do anything to be in her shoes and to work for Disney. She was not at all welcoming, friendly, or respectful. She did not show any motivation, warmth, approachability, or excitement for her job. Overall, very upset about...
Read moreLovely location to meet the princesses, right outside Cinderella's Castle and Prince Charming Carousel. Wait is usually around 15-30 minutes each lane, there are two lanes: Elena and Cinderella, and Tiana and Rapunzel. The queue is beautiful, themed as you were indeed entering the castle with portraits and coats of arms of the princesses around, and there is Cinderella's glass shoe inside a dome at the end of hall. The princesses are so lovely, taking time to meet, talk and interact with each guest. It's a beautiful experience for anyone, kids and/or adults. CMs at this location are friendly and very nice, sometimes even going out their ways to take pictures of us with the princesses. I do miss being able to take pictures close by the princess but obviously that was Pre-covid time. The exit from the Fairytale Hall goes into Sir Mickey's shop which has a beautiful statue of Minnie and offers princesses clothing including costumes and lots of accessories like crowns, journals, shoes, hair...
Read moreMy wife and I were celebrating milestone birthdays.
We loved meeting Cinderella and Queen Elena. Both ladies were very elegant and kind.
Cinderella got a laugh when we said that she gave the biggest "burn" in Disney history by revealing her unbroken glass slipper to the Grand Duke & Lady Tremaine.
Queen Elena loved discussing birthdays and party planning as we were both celebrating milestone birthdays.
In my opinion, families with children will love meeting some of the most beloved princesses.
The Disney Photo Pass photographer will take pictures using your own phone or camera. But watch out sometimes the "greeting" will be cut short if too many...
