Worst service ever from store manager, Luke M. Went in looking for assistance in resolving an account issue for equiment which was to have been returned to Verizon almost two weeks ago by the Bay store but had not yet been received by Verizon. Was told to talk to store personnel who had initially helped me when I went nto the store on Aug.30th. Insisted there was nothing he could to help and was totally unwilling to help resolve my concerns. Unable to provide proof of shipping to Verizon. Read morePryce was AWESOME! I had a fantastic experience at this store yesterday. Pryce was a complete professional every step of the way. She made me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease through the whole process. I want to also commend the other young lady working - she was working with a couple that was very impatient and rude, and they were not very kind to her. None of what was happening was her fault. The couple was rude and short with the Verizon rep and she held her composure and was a true professional - I, on the other hand, was ready to go all Rocky Balboa on both of them. Not only was he able to help us upgrade to new phones, transfer all of our contacts and apps, etc., but he was completely full service fitting our phones with protective cases, screen protectors and pop up accessory. A-Z customer service all the while he continued multi-tasking helping other customers who came in the store. We never felt slighted or ignored and he repeatedly made sure all of his customers were being paid attention....
