Things are constantly being moved around, but they always keep it organized and classy while doing so. Always getting new items in stock. The prices are to be respected for the quality and quantity, no complaints on my end. I give the store a A++ anytime the kids are enjoying real organic healthy food, that brings a smile š to my face any day. I also like the cart system there. Every cart requires a quarter before use. You get your quarter back upon returning the cart after use. Therefore carts arenāt all outside in the parking lot. Another thing is the baggy system, you buy your bags for your groceries, and reuse them every visit, they have all sorts of sizes to choose from. Itās not like any other grocery store where you have the option of plastic or paper. Good lil healthy store I believe most people will enjoy and love in the city of Baytown Tx. I forgot to mention itās also very quiet 𤫠environment. Itās never rowdy, loud or ghetto. Just civil customers and staff. Wins me over everytime vs any other grocery store in the area. Oh yeah one more thing, the store is small not too small where thereās no space but cozy small. Things arenāt spreaded out upon 20 aisles. You can be in and out within min depending on the time of day and if what your getting hasnāt moved to another aisle. Sorry I did say one more thing huh. Well I have to mention that the restrooms are always tidy and fresh just like the food and the store. If you value your coins and value quality, stop by Aldi youāll be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed my curbside pick up and had to get an Uber to pick up for me since I couldnt travel to the location at the time. Anyways, when the Uber arrived to pick up the stuff, I received a text that pick up was completed. Well, then later to realize that the Uber had been waiting for 15 min and no one had came out which was weird because my order was supposedly "completed." And so Uber had to unfortunately cancel the ride and had to get another Uber to go. And tried to find a number but it doesn't even exist, how convenient lol. Well, 2nd Uber arrived and was told to go in and let them know of the situation and in case of an issue to give us a call so I we can speak with employees. Well, as expected, the Uber called us and employees told us that order did not exist and that idk what about the system that they couldnt see my order. My order was already paid btw and started arguing with my husband, until someone arrived claiming that the order did exist and they went outside and no one was present which might be a lie cause Uber was waiting a whole 15 min. After all that the groceries were given, with no apology from that one rude employee who didn't know how to go around and ask just to verify if anyone knows about my order, but instead decided to argue over something they were completely wrong about. So if you all ever think about ordering anything make sure to have your proof on hand cause I can guarantee from the reviews I have read before mine they don't give a damn about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe associate did a great job, Erin was courteous, delivered my groceries promptly, and with the exception of my bag of sugar which is hard as a brick, he did great selecting my items. My displeasure is that I received no receipt, no summary with prices was sent although I got about a half dozen emails. I initially ordered because I got a text offering free delivery or pick up. I was charged a pick up fee. No response is available via text, the store does not publish their phone number, I finally had to live chat through Instacart, but their response was slow and I'm annoyed. My receipt is not available, so they are checking to see why. I simply wanted to review my prices while they are fresh in my mind, and see any additional charges to decide whether to use their service again. At this point, it's a no. Other local stores are easier, customer service is better and although Aldi has good prices on some items I stock up on, the pick up fee defeats the price savings for a...
