Top Tea Restaurant — Restaurant in Baytown

I was very excited to try this place as their reviews indicated extremely popular food. However, as a pho connoisseur (I’m absolutely addicted to pho and eat it all over the country and the world) I am sad to say that I did not find the reviews anywhere near consistent with reality.

My wife and I ordered several teas, edamame as an appetizer, pork, egg rolls, and pho.

Unfortunately, one of the tees was really gross, so my wife very sweetly asked them if they would please exchange it for something that was more palatable.

To make matters worse, the eggrolls were served before any other food, except we ordered the edamame as our appetizer.

So are edamame cycle of our meal, and a very large bowl of pho was served.

Unfortunately, the edamame was doused in oil, and very much overcooked without any salt. Definitely definitely not what I’m used to.

But far worse was the pho, Which was served with a measurable amount of oil floating at the top of the pho. I’ve had good pho I’ve had mediocre pho, but this pho was absolutely disgusting. The was so gross, and the meat looked like it was three days old, and I was so disgusted I had to leave immediately.

Visited this place for the first time last Saturday 2/26 and it was AMAZING! Decided to go again a few days later, Tuesday 3/2 and had the most horrifying experience. I ordered the Beef Pho; as they placed it on my table and I began to eat it; what did I notice... A VERY BIG ROACH floating in my Pho soup. I NEARLY DIED!!! I showed it to the employees and all I was offered was a new order which I declined and demanded a refund. I should have known better the minute I seen how nasty the men's bathroom was. JUST A HOT MESS!!! Urine all over the seat and floor; both dried up and wet, looks like it's been like that for months. Wash bowl for your hands just as nasty.. you WON'T want to even wash your hands or touch anything! VERY VERY VERY UNSANITARY!!! I will also be reporting this to the Health...

Bought a bahnmi today and omg what happen thats was one horrible bahnmi the bread taste raw and taste flour. The pork taste horrible all in all togther rhe sandwich just taste really weird. I always buy bahn mi here but today its horrible. The top tea isnt consistent always sometimes its way too sweet and somwtimes it taste like no sugar. The boba pearls so bland. What going on with top tea? Any im not gonna go back. I always go to zero degrees but this time i want their bahn mi so i just go ahead and buy boba tea from them . I will never waste my money again to this store. Guys be consistent. Everything expensive you even make your bread smaller now a lot smaller. Make it worth the price. Boba is 5.75....
