Walked in and was greeted by very loud music from behind the counter, made it really hard to hear anything. After waiting in line I got to the counter and was not greeted or asked what I wanted. Instead an employee just stared at me and kind of just shrugged at me. I took this as a sign that he wanted to know what I wished to order. I then told him what I wanted and he grabbed the bowl, and then started to stare at me again. I was a little confused by this until he pointed at the rice and shrugged again. I told him the rice I wanted and then he pointed at the beans, he used zero words to communicate with me and then passed my bowl down the counter to the next guy in line who made me wait 2 full minutes before he got to me. I told him I wanted a little bit of medium salsa and he just dumped a full spoonful of it on there basically drowning my bowl in it. Maybe he couldnāt hear me due to the fact that he had air pods in, he must not have liked the loud music they were playing in the kitchen. I complained to the lady at the counter about the experience and she assured me that itās always like this, unbelievable. I went to the dinning room to sit down and eat and had a hard time finding a clean table to eat at. While eating at the table, staff members came over to clean up the dinning room. They dropped the metal Lids into the metal tea containers and dragged the steal bottom chairs on the concrete floor while I was trying to enjoy my food. I swear they also turned up the loud music in the kitchen because I could barely hear my friends and I could not even hear the dining room music. Upon leaving there were no trash cans to place my trash into, which after this whole experience I honestly didnāt feel bad for leaving my trash on the table. I was really blown away with how crumby this experience was, Iāve been to a lot of chipotleās and have never had this bad of a time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMegan is the manager up here she's the African American woman very respectful takes care of her customers they were out of white rice the Lord disappointed and mad at 9:20 and my wife was really looking forward to that but she handled things pretty good I went back to get Megan's name I didn't know it at the time so not to disturb her because she was working I asked Maria refused to give me your name told me to go ask her I said well can I get your name and she said what are you before I said well I call corporate and I give reviews Maria decided to tell me no well she wouldn't refuse to give me her name and turned around and walked away just very disrespectful I get to go out with my granddaughter once a week and we chose to party tonight kind of put a damper on it I like to give reviews especially good ones and this was to be a five-star review but Maria decided to be rude and disrespectful for no reason she had no idea what I wanted she asked me why I wanted to make its name before I found out what it was and I told her I wanted to call corporate while I call corporate to give a good review maybe I should have said to give a good review I don't know but it doesn't matter you don't message to me listen for you treat a customer and I've never been treated that way that chipotle before but hey this is the first time for everything it's just kind of sad that this is where I live Baytown maybe you guys can correct the problem maybe she just needs an attitude adjustment I don't know maybe she's having a bad night but I don't think it should reflect upon the customers I don't think we should have to deal with her problems whatever they are and I am sorry I will keep her in my prayers Maria please help her

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I came to this location right after finishing up Door dash we both are food drivers we always come to pick up orders and decide on having Chipotle tonight right after our last orders . When we got there we ordered food and paid I also did not get my receipt the printer was not working. They had forgotten my drink and chips and I reminded them and gave them to me. Then my husband head to the restroom for a minute and came back right away and stood there asking me what kind of drink I wanted at this time I was setting in the lobby waiting on my husband to finish up getting my drink so we could head out then suddenly the manager came straight at my husband telling him with an attitude lobby is closed lobby is closed š³ I got up and explained to her that he was just getting the drink we were not planning to stay and she answered (Well it sure didn't look like it your were setting down ) at this point I was so upset I am 30 weeks pregnant and I just finished doing deliveries and my feet and back are killing me. What is so wrong about sitting in the lobby waiting for my husband I just don't understand people sometimes. I also wanted to note here that while I was there I did notice that there staff were cleaning up spraying chemicals near the food and not wearing gloves. Hopefully this would not happen...
