Tucked into a cozy corner of town, this sushi and hibachi spot offers a dining experience that is equal parts fun and flavorful. Upon entering, the warm, inviting atmosphere sets the tone for an enjoyable meal. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and the gentle hum of conversation create an ambiance that feels upscale yet unpretentious.
The hibachi experience, a clear highlight, is lively and interactive. Watching the skilled chefs masterfully flip shrimp into the air and carve onions into flaming volcanoes is as entertaining as it is impressive. It’s a performance that brings the table together, adding a sense of community to the meal.
As for the sushi, it’s fresh, well-prepared, and satisfyingly creative. Classic rolls like the spicy tuna and California roll are executed with precision, while the specialty rolls offer delightful bursts of flavor and texture. While the sushi itself is undeniably good, it would be nice to see a broader selection of rolls and dishes on the menu. The current offerings, while solid, leave room for more adventurous options that could elevate the experience further.
Service is attentive and friendly, with staff ensuring that every diner feels well taken care of. They strike a perfect balance between being present without hovering, which only enhances the relaxed atmosphere.
In summary, this restaurant is a great choice for those seeking quality sushi and an entertaining hibachi meal in a pleasant setting. While a more expansive menu would take it to the next level, it’s clear that this establishment knows how to deliver a memorable dining experience. For now, it’s a solid 4-star gem that’s well...
Read moreWell I hate giving bad reviews but here we go. So normally I get Fuji Steak House delivered but today I decided to go in and get take out. The take out experience lovely went in ordered even though the woman that took my order attitude was as if I was beneath her but I digress. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Chicken Dinner (medium not well done) not lunch dinner even though it was lunch time. I ordered it with the chicken fried rice and it came with Miso Soup. I ordered the dinner because the lunch never has enough. I also ordered the Egg Rolls. So when I get home to find that the Hibachi Chicken and Steak was the same portion but cost 11.00 more I was disappointed. But once again I digress. The steak was unseasoned and so tough that I couldn't chew it I gave up the steak. The chicken without the sauce that was in the bag it came in had no flavor, the veggies that came the dinner was overcooked. The place had like 3 maybe 4 tables so they weren't that busy. The fried rice and the egg rolls saved this review to 2 star review. Overall, the restaurant based on previous experiences versus this experience deserve a 2 or 2.5 star out of 5 but this experience .5 at best. Will I go back yes because this was a miss but normally...

Updated Review: I’ve been here a few times and always had good things to say ^^^ but this last visit I ended up getting food poisoning. I bought the crab meat puffs, crab stick cream cheese roll, shaggy dog roll, and egg rolls. Not sure what item or something used was contaminated. I didn’t eat anything prior that day, 8 hours after eating severe stomach cramps and nausea. I called to let them know and try to get a refund ofc cause I puked what I ordered out and had to throw the leftovers away. Didn’t believe me because no one else had called after ordering same thing, and couldn’t give me a refund, regardless hopefully no one...
