Came here to get luscious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. When I went to order, the person that shall remain nameless treated me as if I was incompetent, unintelligent, dull-witted and mentally challenged. I civilly asked for extra-medium waffle fries and was treated in that manner. I asked for nine sandwiches and fries and was questioned and doubted if I seriously ordered that quantity. I was furious, incandescent, outraged, infuriated and inflamed. I proceeded to the window and that’s a the well respected and educated man named NATE greeted me. I complimented him on his clothing manner and told him that if he wore khakis, he’d look like Jake from State Farm. He laughed politely. I then asked if they were open to on Thanksgiving and replied that they weren’t, then implied that if he had a say, he would open on Thanksgiving to serve a well humored man such as I. That’s when I asked for his name and shook his hand. He complied and returned the same treatment. I then questioned who supplies their chicken, he didn’t know. I then stated that they should switch their supplier to me because I give good cck (I’ll provide a picture). He took a look and agreed that I have good cck. Mans understood my humor and complied. He ordered me to pull up to the white line and I thanked him and he passionately said “my pleasure” unlike all the other workers that say it because they’re ordered too. NATE is a very respectable, impeccable, charming, gifted young man. He deserves a raise or a promotion and national recognition for his...
Read moreThis is our favorite Chick-fil-A location! My family and I have visited frequently since it first opened.
They provide the fastest service during peak customer traffic times. The vast majority of the employees all seem positive, motivated, and energetic. They appear to enjoy their jobs and seem well trained and equipped in providing great customer service. It is apparent that this Chick-fil-A seeks and hires "people" personalities who communicate effectively with the public using active listening skills, confidence, and a friendly demeanor.
The food is always excellent and the orders are accurate the vast majority of the time (especially when compared to other fast food outlets). Any discrepancies are handled quickly and effectively.
No other fast food franchise performs at Chick-fil-A's level. None. They changed the industry and raised the bar.
This location has been an integral part of the Baytown-area community. The staff has been diligent in engaging with our community through a number of events over the years. The father-son camp-out they hosted in 2011 was the best! My eldest son and I had so most fun. Our kids have had many enjoyable childhood experiences at this Chick-fil-A, making many...
Read moreDuring my time in Texas, I stopped by this Chick-fil-A for lunch and was fortunate enough to be assisted by a truly remarkable young woman. Though I wasn’t able to catch her name, I learned she is new-ish and her name starts with an “S.” From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the ordering process and making me feel completely at ease. She was so genuinely engaged in conversation, listening with great care, that when I shared the reason for my trip—attending a funeral for a close family member—her comforting words lifted my spirits so much that I momentarily forgot the weight of the situation.
Her communication, not only with customers but also with her colleagues, was truly impressive. It's rare to encounter such kindness and attentiveness in a fast food setting, especially from someone so young. In contrast to the typical disinterest I’ve experienced from others in similar roles, she was a breath of fresh air. Her warmth made my visit so much more meaningful. And of course, the food was...
