Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Baytown

Well, there Is a Hart's Chicken, In Baytown, Tx. I've been visiting there since, 2019, when I mov3d back home. Everytime that I hv visited there when the manager, Jimmy Diaz has been there, the place Is SPOTLESS. Before I moved away from Baytown, I would visit Hart's Chicken, for lunch, n dinner. I was ALWAYS treated with RESPECT, by Jimmy, n his crew, no matter what time It was, r what Shift was there. I've visited 3 other Hart's by the way, but this one, on Garth Rd In Baytown, has been the BEST one. The 2nd BEST one for me, Is the one In Dayton, Tx. They are just ads friendly, as the other Hart's Chicken, that's located In Baytown. The other 2, that I hv visited, on Alexander, n In Liberty, was NOT FRIENDLY to everyone, n the food was very blend. Their service at the Hart's that's located on Alexander, In Baytown, was SOOO NONCHALANT. Like I had to spend my money with them. NOT!!! The Hart's In Liberty wasn't so hot either, but their attitude was better than the one on Alexander In Baytown. Anyway, If you want the BEST BAKED/FRIED Hart's Chicken, fried livers, fried gizzards, fried okra, n hot wings, then Garth Rd Hart's Chicken Is the place for you. I ALWAYS dine In, lol, because the atmosphere Is good. Thanks guys, for making me feel like, I had cooked my own home cooked lunch, r my home cooked dinner. Jimmy Diaz, you, n ALLLLLL of your crew members, no matter what shift they are on, you guys are ALWAYS, clean, n well stocked, with fresh food on the buffet. Keep up the great work you guys. I...

First & foremost, the chicken wasn't fully cooked to the standards I've been accustomed to recently. The staff was blatantly rude plus the food was not that great. Hartz had that signature crispy crunch that you look for in fried chicken but that apparently is not the case anymore.

To add insult to injury; they forgot to include the 🍟 & the rolls in the family meal so I had to make a second trip to get the order corrected which made me furious. I had to call them ahead of time to complain & compensate me for their mistake for wasting my time. All in all, it was okay but I'm debating whether I should come back again or give them a chance to redeem themselves. Only ⏲️ will tell, but a huge letdown & a bigger...

🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮So i went to this 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🚮🚮🚮🚮Trash Hartz chicken on Garth Rd in Baytown The door said it opens up at 10:30. So me and my family got there around 10:35 and some Asian or Spanish guy with long black curly hair would not let us in to sit down. So we waited outside in the hot sun and heat another 15 minutes just to go inside to get food there. So he finally let us sit down and eat and the food was old and it tasted like rubber and was very cold and nasty. and wasn't cooked Right. I will never take my family there again it was a very embarrassing and disgusting place. Please beware of this place. So I got home I tried to give my dog the leftovers from there and the dam dog wouldn't eat it....
