Olive Garden ...I tried the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. When it came out, it was on 2 separate bowls. Totally not what the picture showed. So I inquired and he said my bowl would be too full. Then I asked for a plate and he brought me a saucer.

My Alfredo sauce was not even visible. I asked for sauce and after 10 minutes, he brought me a little sauce cup. Now my food is Luke warm. I asked a lady who was working behind the bar, is this how my food should look? She said oh he didn't add it? Uh no... so I asked her if I could get warmer food and she said I'll put it in the microwave... Time passed and the manager came out to ask how was my food... I tried to give feedback on my experience and he really didn't care. He said we'll you work hard for your money so I'll take it off your bill. Totally missing the whole point of the feedback. I wanted to share my experience so that one I could have had a better experience and food but more importantly he could address my concerns so the next customer would have a great experience. I was staying with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren the last weekend of 2018. We went out Sunday morning to run some quick errands. Our first stop was here to go to Fresh Thyme. This is a fun store. I like looking at the bins of nuts, candy, granola and more at the front of the store. They have good fresh produce prices, free fruit for the young children to eat while their parents are shopping and free samples of healthy juice and fresh ground cashew and peanut butter. The checkout time was quick & the friendly associates were very helpful. I had seen that they had raw cashews on sale and had some questions.
