DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse — Local services in Beavercreek

I really like shopping at this particular location. The only thing I don't like is that they don't have as big of a selection as the Dayton Mall location. I do realize that the Dayton location is bigger, however they may only get one color of a shoe and the Dayton store will get both colors. If I want the other color offered I have to either go to the Dayton store or order it online. This method is not so convenient when you don't want to travel to the other end of town or wait for a shoe that you may need sooner than later. But overall I will still continue to shop at this location, just wish a couple of changes...

Pretty poor experience. People working the floor were more I interested in setting up their displays than helping us find any shoes. Makes you rethink buying from a store like this and instead just shopping online. When I asked someone who made eye contact but completely ignored us until approaching them, they informed me that DSW WAREHOUSE did not keep BACK STOCK on their shoes unless specifically marked on the shelf…and promptly returned to their display…so I ask. Why did I walk into this store, I can just go to the individual shoe brands website...

Do they have a lot of shoes? Yes. However I was there for about 45 minutes looking at and trying on shoes and there were no fewer than 5 associates standing around but not one asked me if I needed help. Could i have asked? Yes, but there is something to be said about great customer service that is unsolicited. They don't carry 1/2 sizes in the store which meant I wasn't going to find something to fit. Prices are very high on some brands but reasonable on others. Would I return here? Possibly for my family but...
