We were playing a crane game here when one of the animals fell into the balls, we then picked it up with the claws and dropped it into the shoot. We called the employee over to get it for us who refused and said he had to reset the machine. Nowhere on the machine does it say you can’t pick up the toy with the claws. Meanwhile, my 4 year old granddaughter is balling now because he said he couldn’t give her the toy! He called the manager over, who also said she couldn’t give the toy! Really…. Disappointing a 4 year old child over a $2 toy from Overseas!!! You shouldn’t be a manager at all….a good manager would have just sucked up the cost of that $2 toy for the sake of a child! RIDICULOUS since we spent about $10 getting that toy and we were offered a free swipe to get the same toy we had already won!! WE WON’T waste another...

Most of the games have been taken out , and the staff is very rude, unfriendly, and careless. I understand if the staff has been working all day and tired but you still have to give good customer service, went to ask a guy at the counter about bowling prices he said that wasn’t his expertise and sent me down to the bowling counter very rude and dismissive. I asked the young lady about bowling prices she pointed at the prices very rude and dismissive like and I understand it could been obvious that the prices were in my face but she didn’t make me feel welcome and I was actually going to pay for bowling as well but after she did that I just left and will...

It’s a great place, people complaining about broken machines are ignorant. They had a quick opening and some machines were still in the process of being setup. There’s bowling, pool, food (I’ve never had it, there are plenty of restaurants around to eat at beforehand) lots of fun games and a huge music gaming section including DDR and Pump it up! I recommend trying this place out if...
