The service is utterly absurd. Expect to wait at least an hour. My husband and I came with an appointment made a week in advance. However, when we arrived, we were greeted with unbelievably large numbers of people crowding the barbershop. To make matters worse, our barber called in sick, which we were only notified of after we had walked into the shop. We never received any kind of notification indicating his absence. Our 4:00 appointment was never accommodated by a single person at the shop. My husband asked at the counter 3 times because of our hour long wait, only to be reassured his appointment would come soon. The last time he spoke with a barber, the barber told him he would be serviced by another barber who was finishing up his client. However, the other barber promptly finished and called out another client’s name. As my husband protested, the barber simply stated that my husband was not on his client list and that the other barber could not speak for him. I won’t knock the hair-cutting skills of this place, because they are objectively good, however, with service this disgraceful I would not advise anyone who cares about their time...

My first visit here was awesome. Very professional and great haircut. I went again this past Sunday and my experience was kind of disappointing. They were extremely busy. They had 4 or 5 barbers going and still had people waiting. I had an appointment so I didn’t wait at all. My barber was super nice and super friendly, but he was all over the place as far as his attention to my cut. I feel like he was just rushing to get my cut done like Great Clips. He kept going so fast he kept hitting my ears with his comb as he was cutting. He was hitting my head with the clippers as well. He even cut himself with the straight razor because he wasn’t careful. I should have not let him use it on me for fear of myself getting cut. Then they use this massage handheld thing and because he was looking around everywhere, he wasn’t even touching my shoulders with it. I could feel the vibrations hovering though. My cut on top could’ve been shorter but instead of telling him and prolonging the experience I just let it go, so I guess I can’t be upset about that.
