Very "hot and cold" experience with Rhonda. If you're buying something, great! The staff will help you & answer questions and be generally pleasant. You're returning something? Expect catty, standoffish behavior & rude a tone to the point you feel like you've done something wrong for returning something. And if, heaven forbid, you already took the tags off because you know your size and thought the product would fit, be prepared for a lecture about not being able to return items without tags "period" then being told I'll do it for you this "one" time. Like others have said in reviews, I was somewhat angry asked if I was sure I'd bought the right size and if I'd gotten a fitting last time I was in (the answer was No, It was never offered the last time I was in, And I doubt I would have accepted anyway since I used to work at a LB. I know how it works and how to size) as if that had anything to do with me needing to return the bras. I tried them on before purchasing, as I explained to her. They work in the store but not once you move around. So she tried to help me find my new size. I again felt lectured on how I was wearing the bra, despite it being my personal preference, etc. Bonus hit: when I finally got my bra evenly exchanged for a new one, she didn't put the new bra in my bag and I live 30 minutes away š
UPDATE (this happened after the "owner" response): I called and explained what happened twice, to 2 different people, had them hold the bra for me to pick up. Drove the 30 mins there. They Argued the numbers on the receipt with me despite it being obvious I purchased 6, and only got 5 (5 online and 1 in store). She finally caved and just "gave" me the bra reluctantly (thanks Cheryl, I guess). Ridiculous. If shipping wasn't so expensive I'd never go back because it's almost never a good experience. You just never know what you'll get slighted for. If you wanted an opportunity to re-earn my business as the owner reply states, you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited the Beavercreek/Greene location today for the first time in a very long time and was very disappointed. As I walked in, two ladies were working and talking to each other, never greeted me or asked if I needed help. Found a few bras and ask if I could try them on, the lady acted annoyed that I interrupted her moving the sale bras and pointed to the fitting room. Came out to get others to try, still no help. Finally decided to purchase two and the lady, again, acted annoyed that I was interrupting her. I handed her two bras that I was not purchasing, and she rudely asked what I did with the others that I had tried on. She scanned the two I was purchasing, told me to put my card in (didn't tell me the total, ask if I needed anything else, nothing!), and then started walking away from the counter as she told the other lady to finish as she had to go let someone in the back door. Come to find out she was the manager, are you kidding me? I have worked retail for over 15 years now and have NEVER treated any of my customers anywhere close to this! The lady that finished my transaction was nice and polite, and actually said thanks for coming in. The manager could learn some customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in this past weekend, and I wasn't greeted when I walked in, I had my hands full of hangers and wasn't asked once for a fitting room. So I just walked back and thankfully one was open. I put what didn't work on the rack, and kept looking for a different size. I was then asked what size I was looking for, and was told "are you sure you are that size?", indicating that I was bigger than what I was, with a rude and snotty tone. She never helped me in the fitting room, so how would she know what size I was? I went back into the fitting room and almost cried because of how rude and disrespectful she was. When I checked out, I had someone else help me and she was nice, but didn't make up for her other coworker. My mom who was also with me at the time, had a return and couldn't find the receipt, and got the same snotty and rude attitude when asking for help. This is ridiculous, because it is hard to be a plus size girl in this day and age, but being judged all in the same way for wearing what complimented me. I will have to be desperate to shop in store again at...
