So…. The cookies were obviously BUSSIN!😂 but the service… Not so BUSSIN . First, As soon as I walked in the store, the not so lovely ladies immediately started exchanging dirty glances making us feel unwanted and unwelcome, especially after coming out of a strong downpour of rain. Second, I asked about the silly ranch cookie and their response made me feel like I was annoying and bothering them. Last, as me and my kids walked out, they claimed that the two workers were rude and asked them questions that made them feel unwanted and rushed, ruining the atmosphere. Really enjoy these cookies. Not overpoweringly sweet, and the perfect size that you can eat two and not feel like you’re going to explode. Not the best cookies I’ve ever had, but definitely a solid 4 stars. When I went in, service was pretty quick considering there was quite a line. It was definitely crowded inside and felt a bit disorganized, but they are also in the middle of one of their 50% off sales, so I appreciate prioritizing serving customers rather than organizing decor. I was given an assorted box of these for a Christmas present. My daughter, my girlfriend, the gift giver and myself all dug in right away. All 4 of us went to the trash can to get it out of our mouths. They were so dry that it felt like I just bit into a cookie made of coffee grounds. I could've gotten a spoon-full of cinnamon down before any one of the cookies in the box (yes, we opened them all)!
