Super disappointed with the interactions my husband and I had with this dealership. My husband found a Chrysler Pacifica Limited that we were interested in coming to look at. My husband reached out as we do live 2.5 hours away. He spoke with a salesman named Mike, the week of June 16th, who notified us that the van was in inspection and he would get us photos when he could. Mike then contacted my husband and told him that there was confusion and they actually did not have possession of the vehicle at that time. He said he would get my husband photos when the vehicle arrived.
A week went by with no update so my husband reached out to Mike on June 25th. On June 26th, Mike then called and said that somehow the vehicle had sold and he was apologetic. We were confused as we were waiting to hear from him for photos and to schedule a time to come and see it when the dealership received it. Mike then promised us that he could get us the same van with the same features for the same price. He also offered to have us come up and fill out a credit app and look over my trade in. He offered to provide us a gas card to come and if we have to come back again to get a van, he would give us another gas card. We scheduled an appointment to give him a chance to make it right.
So, on June 28th, a Saturday morning after I had traveled 15 hours the previous day from California for work, we arrived in Cleveland around 11 AM at our appointment time. It was a long couple of days as I am also pregnant. We told the front desk that we had an appointment with Mike. The employees looked at each other and the receptionist smiled and the workers and said that Mike was not in today. We were obviously confused but were put with another employee. At this point, we were very frustrated as this was now two strikes and also a wasted 2.5 hour trip. While our issue wasnât with the salesman we were put with (Daniel), we did voice our frustration. He shared that Mike did not show up that day and no one could get ahold of him. He said he would do everything he could to make it right. We told him what we were promised and what we were looking for. Mike set nothing up for us to look at so Daniel started looking at what they had in inventory. He said that they just got a van that has everything we wanted. We were interested until he said it was a brand new van. We explained again we were looking at used and reminded him our price range. He said they had nothing.
At this point, he went to go talk to another salesperson so my husband asked to speak with a sales manager (also named Mike, but different from salesperson). He explained the situation. The sales manager was very kind and understanding but said there was nothing they could do for us that day. He said that they could continue to look at their lots or they could see about their purchaser looking for what we specifically want.
After all that, Daniel came back and said that he will get the person who does their purchasing a list of what we want at our price range, and he will start looking at auctions and where they do their buying. We gave him a list of what we wanted and our price range (what we were initially promised). We then left. We were never given any gas cards, which again, we were willing to give them the opportunity to make it right.
We left with the agreement that Daniel would follow up with this. On July 9th we had still not heard anything so my husband reached out. At first, Daniel did not even remember him. He said he would call the used car purchaser for an update and would call us back. That was 7 days ago.
Fast forward to today. It has been a month since we first contacted them, 17 days since we were at the dealership on the 28th, and a week since we have heard anything (even though we got no update a week ago).
Be cautious as we were willing to give them MULTIPLE chances and they dropped the ball every single time. They still have not made it right nor do we expect them to at this point. Not only did we give multiple chances, we drove 2.5 hours...
Read moreMy experience at this dealership was probably one of the worst Iâve ever had at any dealership. I purchased a new ram 2500 in February 2025, I made the mistake of not test driving the truck, because I was under the assumption I was buying something new, well unfortunately it was never disclosed to me that the truck was previously a loaner vehicle, as well as the fact that it had 2k miles on it when I took possession, I was not happy about that. Fast forward a little bit, the check engine light turned on within two days of ownership as well as a steering issue that alignment did not fix, the service manager flat out told me he did not know what was wrong as they aligned the truck multiple times and could not get the truck to stay completely in alignment without it going a degree off, I was not happy to hear this at all not to mention that itâs supposed to be looked over and inspected after being used as a loaner, I even went as far as questioning them about it, and he simply said someone dropped the ball and they would be better about that. So Iâm sold a truck thatâs supposed to be used as a business truck with potential steering issues. Makes no sense. The check engine light came on 4 times within my first month of ownership, every time I had to stop what I was doing to take it in to get it looked at though I was assured 3 times it was fixed. Not to mention one time they had the truck for a week and when I went to pick it up the light was on⌠needless to say my experience at Ken Ganley was beyond disappointing and showed a lack of accountability and a lack of consideration for any customers time and money. I even went as far as trying to get some sort compensation for all the money I lost for my business, as well as all the lost time and back and forth, and I was told by the GM that getting into a loaner should have been more than enough compensation. I lost over 5k in snow removal and salt application in the span of that month. I never asked for the money I lost, but simply something for my troubles. Absolute disappointing experience, I will never buy from them again or recommend...
Read moreThis review is solely based on the most recent service at Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bedford. In the past, I've been pleased with the service performed on our '22 Wagoneer. The only issue we've had is they scuffed one of the rims when doing a tire replacement. We were told the service manager would call but, he never did. This time it's a different story. We've had our Wagoneer in service for almost two weeks. That's not a complaint, just a fact. There were several issues that needed to be repaired. One issue was the headliner. When driving, the headliner rattles at the front of the sunroof and at the front of the rear pano glass. (this is a known issue with early model Wagoneers). I specifically called before picking it up to be SURE they road tested it to confirm this issue was resolved. They told me it was resolved. When picking up our Wagoneer, I couldn't get there before 5:30pm so we were rushed out to swap the loaner for the Wagoneer. As we drove away, the first thing I noticed was the headliner rattling in both spots. It wasn't fixed at all.
To say I was livid is an understatement, since I prepped them about this. When I called back, the service folks were running out the door, I was told to bring it back tomorrow. I live 45 minutes away!!! To top this off, the Wagoneer was dented while in their possession. It's VERY noticeable because it's clearly visible when you go to open the fuel door. This dent was NOT in the car when we dropped it off!!! If you value your vehicle (at any price), I wouldn't leave it here. This is the second time we've had damage at this dealership.
As a side note, they ALWAYS wash our vehicle before we pick it up (regardless of the weather). This time, no wash. Interesting, perhaps someone thought it would be harder to see the dent that way.
Unless both these issues (headliner and dent) are resolved, the service score on the survey will be reflected accordingly.
I will also edit this review and rating if Ken Ganley Chrysler...
